Hang Out in the Backyard Hammock at an Eclectic Abode

While away chilled evenings under the illuminated pergola at this spacious 1930s getaway an easy walk from downtown. Lounge on the deck while dipping your feet in the masterfully constructed stock tank pool. This characterful space blends a rustic wooden bench and gold-hued velvet armchair with vintage-look glass lighting. We love our home! Sleeps 4 comfortably. Brick house from the 1930s, with updated fixtures. Great for football or graduation weekends. There are bars, coffee shops and restaurants in the very near vicinity. A quick walk downtown as well. For a 5th guests, there is a queen-sized blow up mattress under the guest bed. Extra sheets, pillows and blankets are in the closet. We have a large backyard with a 10X20 foot pergola for eating outside. There is also a Big Green Egg for those who liked to grill. Guests have access to the entire house except for a small studio/office where we store our belongings when we are away. Guests will be given access to the house via a code to the front door keypad. Housekeeper makes sure that everything is in order for you arrival. If there are any issues or questions, just give me a text or email. Normaltown is the new hotspot in Athens. There are several good bars, restaurants, and coffee shops all within walking distance. This is a very safe area with lots of people out and about on their bikes, with their kids, and walking their dogs. About 3 blocks from the Athens transit and UGA bus stop. $5 Uber to downtown, five points and most of central Athens. On nice days we walk downtown in about 25 minutes. For dinner I recommend Uber/Lyft instead of driving to downtown, even if you are not planning on having a drink, as parking can be hard to find at night, and you may end up paying more than what you would have for the round trip with Uber or Lyft. Dogs are welcome. The backyard is completely fenced in and we have a doggie-door for medium sized dogs.

Enjoy this newly renovated condo in Athens. This is the perfect location for game days or any Athens events. Located on Dearing Street just behind sorority and fraternity row. Walk to Sandford Stadium, Five Points, and Downtown. Dawg House on Dearing offers 2 bedrooms with king beds, 2 1/2 bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa. To get to the unit you will need to climb one flight of stairs. There are 2 parking passes provided so no need to worry about parking. Unit also includes a washer and dryer.

Relaxing & Spacious Two BR Condo off Milledge (2)

Located on Milledge Avenue, this condo has just been renovated and everything is like brand new. You are close to UGA, the Botanical Gardens, and everything Athens has to offer. From the condo it's a 5 minute drive to campus and seconds from the loop to put you anywhere else in Athens. The condo has two big bedrooms (one with a king and the other with a queen) and two cots. This condo is dedicated to visits just like yours, so it's like staying in a hotel only with a lot more space!

Home on 12 acres only 10 miles from Athens

This home is nested on 12 acres of pure tranquility backing up to a 100 acre cattle farm. You will get to enjoy peace and quite while you get away from it all. Property has a 2 acre pond, above ground swimming pool (seasonal Memorial Day-Labor Day), fire pit, and fenced in backyard so the kids can play without worry. We are located only 10 miles from Athens so you can enjoy the game and have only a short ride home. Perfect spot for a tailgate with your friends and family.
