Il se trouve à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville de Lagos et de la marina avec de nombreux très bons restaurants. L'appartement a été rénové récemment et les meubles sont neufs. L'appartement se trouve dans l'établissement Iberlagos au deuxième étage et se trouve à 100 mètres de la très belle plage de Dona Ana . Vous êtes également à 5 minutes à pied du centre historique de Lagos.

Bel appartement spacieux et confortable de 75 m2 avec climatisation et vue fantastique sur l'océan Atlantique et les montagnes. Terrasse à l'avant et sur le côté. La cuisine entièrement équipée est équipée d'un grand réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, cuisinière à induction à 4 brûleurs, d'un four, d'une cafetière, etc. Une chambre très spacieuse avec un lit double. La salle de bain moderne dispose d'une douche à l'italienne, d'un lavabo, de toilettes. Il y a un parking fermé.
