The house features three bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a sofa-bed, kitchen and bathrooms. The terrace overlooks the Aegean sea. The house is situated inside the village, close to restaurants and super markets, as well as the beach. The surrounding area offers ample opportunities for hiking, swimming, climbing, or just relaxing. The price inludes tax (2€ Nov-Mar, 8€ Apr-Oct)

The house is 50 m² and features a private 36 m² stone-paved courtyard where you can enjoy the sea and the horizon.

Απέχει 6 χλμ από την Κύμη και 4 χλμ από τις παραλίες Κύμης και Πλατανας. Η περιοχή είναι κατάλληλη για πεζοπορία σε θαυμάσια τοπία όπως η Νεραϊδολίμνη και ο Μύλος του Σάντα, ανάμεσα σε καταπράσινα μονοπάτια και ποτάμια.
