2 story penthouse directly on the sand at the Brunswick Hotel. Stunning views from all rooms. Includes towels soap linens. Features: Large bedroom with King Bed & oversized deck facing the beach with private bath. Second bedroom, queen bed with nearby bathroom. A second deck of the living/Dining area! This building is very "lively." There is loud music playing every night in the bar below on floor 1 ( we are on floor 5 and 6). PARKING : 1 car only NO PETS

This is a 4th floor condo in the Brunswick building located directly on West Grand Ave and a short walk to the “center”. There are miles of sandy beach you can walk / jog / bike on or just relax on your oceanfront deck and watch the sunrise. There is an elevator for easy access and a door code so you don’t have to worry about losing keys.
