Sie verfügt über ein schönes, helles Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Waschtisch und WC. Nur eine Straße weiter befindet sich das Naturschwimmbad mit Hallenbad. Der schöne Dorfpark mit See sowie Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheken, Ärzte, Friseur etc. sind in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Obwohl sich das Apartment in meinem Haus befindet, habt Ihr einen eigenen Eingangsbereich .

This gorgeous, fully equipped non-smoking apartment (84 sqm / fully renovated 2012) is easily located in the basement feeling (completely with daylight) in a listed villa (built 1910) in the Ziegelhofviertel. It offers plenty of space for 2 people (plus sofa bed in the living room + a comfortable extra bed for one person each = 4 persons). Very tastefully furnished with all the comforts of a modern apartment you live here in the heart of Oldenburg!

If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

City, state theater, restaurants and bars are a few minutes walk away. Pius-Hospital and Ev. Hospital located in the neighborhood.
