Fiora villas Villa Lillium

Villa Lillium is one of the 8 villas of Fiora villas. It is situated in southwest Kefalonia, in Trapezaki area. It is fully equipped, with wonderful view to the Ionian Sea.Villa Lillium consists of two bedrooms,a double bed and two single ones.The main entrance of the villa leads to the living room and kitchen.There is also a huge veranda with the unique 360ο view. Here, far from all annoying noises, you will enjoy in your private villa the wonderful view of the Ionian Sea and a romantic sunset.

Nefeli seaview apartment - Argostoli Apartments

Nefeli is a brand new 47 sqm apartment (finished on April 2020) with spectacular view of Argostoli gulf and the whole area. The 35 sqm veranda with the magnificent view is unforgatable. In the capital of the island with all the city's choices available for you on walking range, but also away enough from the crowded city center with the traffic jam. Plenty of parking space in the area even on high season and easy access to ring road to avoid city traffic when going to the beach or an excursion.

The house itself is exceptionally finished in neutral tones throughout with high end furniture and is designed around 2 levels. The ground floor area comprises a large open plan lounge, fully fitted Italian kitchen with breakfast bar & dining area, and a WC. A feature spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where there is located a small office/desk area to the landing. There are 2 double bedrooms on this 1st floor, serviced by a family bathroom and benefiting from large wardrobe fittings.

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈
