My go to place in Syracuse!

Great place with easy access to the city. The porch was a great place to hang out when we weren’t out sight seeing.

Simple and exactly what I needed! The space is exactly as advertised - small but efficient. The large, well placeed widnows and the high ceilings allow the apartment to feel airy. The balcony is a considerable size and it was nice to be able to see my car from there. The space was clean and private. The bed was comfortable. I had everything I needed and felt very safe. The layout and the considerate furniture choices make the room feel larger than it is. Beth was responsive and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was so amazing! It was my first time staying in an Airbnb and it was a great experience! Getting to the place was easy, parking was good, getting access to the place was easy, it was very clean and neat and beautifully decorated! The host had a booklet with info about the surrounding area from restaurants to bars to shops. The couch was comfy and there was a nice big screen tv, the kitchen had plates and cups and utensils and even had zip loc bags AND ice packs which I thought was really considerate of the host. The bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby. The bedroom was super spacious and cozy and it had a nice big tv in there. The host had a laundry basket and hangers in the closet which was great. The bathroom was a good size and stocked well. Even having shampoo/conditioner and body soap. But over this place amazing and Kim was just as amazing and very communicative! Loved it!! Definitely recommend it!

Perfect spot to stay for an event at the dome. Exactly what we needed. Fun to walk to and from the concert. No need to worry about parking or traffic and everyone hyped us up along the way. Well run airbnb. Safe and comfortable. The blackout curtains were a nice touch. Everyone slept great.

The host invested a lot to turn the house into an excellent and amazing home. My wife and I were impressed how super clean, shining, and comfortable the interior of this home is from the kitchen, bathroom, living room, laundry and the bedroom!! We were speechless and are short of words to express our appreciation for this outstanding accommodation! We even felt that we paid was less than the home standard. We loved it and we wished we had booked it for more days. The location is great nearby the downtown and even the malls. I recommend everyone to visit this well decorated and amazing home. I promise that would be my only choice place to stay.

My stay was comfortable and quiet. The listing was just as depicted in the photos - clean and no frills. Maria was communicative.

Perfect little spot for our family to enjoy exploring Syracuse University! Easy walk to and from campus, lots of room for us to spread out and decompress from all the info overload, well equipped and very comfortable! Would happily stay again!

This stay was very convenient for a weekend getaway - and the home itself is charming and full of Victorian quirks-tucked away rooms, etc. Very cozy and comfortable. Although someone lives downstairs, we did not find that limiting or intrusive in any way-there are quiet hours (and I hope we did not wake anyone up getting back late our one longer night out!). The real standout here though was the 20/10 level of hospitality - from custom vegetarian charcuterie, to little snacks left out each morning - over-the-top thoughtful, and something you just don't see anymore in AirBnBs. Another thing we realized and deeply appreciated on checkout day? No complicated directives to pre-clean, on what to put where, no responsibilities to take out garbage, no extra labor in the scurry to pack up and leave town. Though we were thoughtful in leaving things as tidy as possible, it was hugely appreciated given our own deadlines for the day! I would absolutely stay here again.

Lisa's place was the perfect place to visit Syracuse. It was the a nice size for my partner and I, very clean, and had all the amenities that we needed for our stay. The location was in the a nice area for everything we ended up doing and didn't have to travel very long during our stay. Lisa was very kind and responsive to any questions I had. Hopefully when we come back we can stay again!

Marie’s place in Tully, NY is exactly as described and has all the comforts of home and anything you would need to have an enjoyable stay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom had everything you need and then some. The assorted coffee, tea, and snacks were greatly appreciated. The place is about halfway between Ithaca and Syracuse so it was perfect for our visit with our son and trip to concert. There are some good local dining spots like Blooming Cup and Sweet Basil. It’s also not far from Cortland where there are a bunch of retail options as well as mini golf. We would definitely recommend Marie’s listing and hope to return in the future.

This is a very cool space. My husband and I stayed here with our two teens. The sleeping pad for the floor my daughter said was comfy and my son said the foldout was fine. We thought the bed was very comfortable. It was not clean when we arrived, but with a concert with record numbers in town, they were backed up and the cleaners came right in and rectified the problem. We had so much fun with all of the games available. It passed an evening in for us. Cornhole, Large Connect Four, Darts, PacMan, Foozeball, and putting green. The location is great as in near to everything like great restaurants and attractions. Only a 7 minute drive to Syracuse University. I do however like to run in the mornings and I did not feel safe enough in this area to run by myself. Even with this I would still stay here again!

The quirky little space was perfect for our needs. It was very close to Lafayette where I had to do some business. It was very cosy and welcoming and our host provided us with an extra sleeping area As the space is designed for one person. We felt very welcomed and I had a great landing spot to do our tasks in the area. Thank you!

Zoma was great! My sister and my daughter who spent more time there bc i was stuck at the hospital for clinicals had an amazing time there and said they felt right at home. The little bit of time i spent there was pretty nice. A highlight for me was the fact i was only 6 minutes away from the hospital!! Another highlight was the couch and the bed, i almost wanted to pack them wi the me when i was leaving. Just very comfortable . Thank you for making this last weekend memorable for me and memorable for my family. I had an amazing time

Tom and Lisa’s apartment was so incredibly cozy, comfortable, and peaceful. A perfect escape for our 20 year anniversary. The bed was VERY comfortable and we slept so well! We will definitely look to stay here again when we are in the area.

We loved our stay in this Tipp Hill apartment. We have family a few blocks away so the location was ideal. The place was exactly as described and very comfortable. This will surely become the place we look for first when visiting Syracuse.

It was a comfortable, clean place to come home . The Beds are very comfortable!

Overall an amazing stay. Beautiful home and the jacuzzi was a plus. The only thing I would say was a little bothersome was we were able to hear the neighbors upstairs but other than that it was a fantastic stay. Would highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful stay…great apartment..spacious, clean, great view and nice furniture. The building is awesome with great amenities. The hosts are responsive and friendly. 10/10

Great location near the downtown Armory area and restaurants. Beautifully renovated building…very comfortable and spacious apartment. Hotel-like amenities and service. Great communication.

The location of the place is great. We stayed on the 6th floor and had one of the most beautiful views. The flat has everything; it is very comfortable and cozy.

Dennis is a great host. He was very quick on responding to my queries and made my stay comfortable. The place is comfortable & in a nice neighborhood. I recommend for someone to stay either for short or long term!
