Ed’s place was perfect for our quick getaway. His house is just as described. In a nice, quiet neighborhood with views of the sound/intercostal and unique canals. Easy walk (4 min) to the beach and short (5 min) drive to the heart of Surf City and the bridge. Place was clean, comfortable, and had everything you’d need. Ed is very responsive, and a great host. We’d love to return.

We had a great stay while traveling between gigs on the coast, Karoline’s home is beautiful and comfortable and in a great location for visiting the coast! The snacks (which included chocolate covered strawberries!) and water was a very thoughtful touch. I wish we had been able to stay longer to enjoy the activities in the spacious yard! Karoline’s home has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay, highly recommended!

Nothing beats waking up and immediately being able to see the Atlantic Ocean, great location! The kitchen has been recently redone, which was nice and spacious. The back balcony was half roofed so it was a nice place to sit away from the sun to take in the view. It was peaceful and quiet, everyone around us was respectful of everyone else’s surroundings. It was a blessing being able to take our dog with us on this trip. She felt comfortable in the house and fell in love with the beach!

The house was exactly as described and was very clean except for a few sticky spots on the kitchen table and the half wall dividing the kitchen from the dining area. The kitchen was well-stocked in terms of dishes, cutlery, and spices, although we did not see any oil or ketchup or other condiments handy, so be sure to bring those with you if desired. If you want to rent a kayak, stand-up paddle board, or any other beach equipment, we had a great experience using Topsail Beach Service (dot) com - they delivered it right to the house with free delivery and pickup, including the paddles and life jackets, making it super easy to explore the sound from the dock/boat launch!

Very satisfied with the host we had a little hiccup, but they were right on top of it. Great communication, the whole step of the way. Everything about the trip was great. Adorable apartment!! Very clean and has everything you need! The view is absolutely stunning and the neighbors let us fish off their dock! Super kind people! The host was VERY responsive and made check in and check out very smooth! Would definitely stay here again!

We were very impressed with the condo! Clean and updated! Beach was steps away! We really liked decor and homey feel of everything! Felt more like walking into your home than anything! Highly recommend! Lauren is extremely fast to respond and always had the best and most helpful answers! Do not hesitate! You must go!!!!

Jeffrey's place was PERFECT! The location can't be beat, right at the beautiful beach, great restaurant right beside you (that is dog friendly), and a nice place for the four legged friends to walk on site as well as a dog friendly neighborhood with additional walking areas. The bungalow itself had everything you need, was modern, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have access to beach chairs and toys. Everyone was extremely nice. We will definitely stay again!

Christi was very quick when it came to communicating and did so very clearly, ran into zero issues and my money was well spent with her as my host. The place was very cozy and felt like home. Would definitely come again.

I loved staying at Jennifer's place! Picturesque right on the waterfront, in a peaceful neighborhood, with beautiful surroundings. Her home felt like home, with conceivable amenities needed for my stay. Jennifer is a wonderful host, who remains openly available for communication, and excels at making sure visitors are well taken care of. Highly recommend Jennifer & her properties for any Airbnb needs!

Second time staying and it did not disappoint! Location is perfect, not overly crowded, mostly families. Met some wonderful people. Very relaxing atmosphere. Condo had everything we needed. I packed less this year knowing the kitchen was fully stocked. Also, all we needed on the beach was there for our use, towels, chairs, umbrella, toys, cooler bag, etc. Very well thought out in every area. We even had a bowl of snacks waiting for us when we arrived that we enjoyed at the beach each day. Donna does a wonderful job and is always very quick to respond. We already can’t wait for our next trip!

Perfect place for a weekend getaway on Topsail Island. Jopseph's place is very spacious, even when staying with two couples you'd have plenty of room in case of bad weather. Getting to the beach is less than three minute walk and a popular bar and small convenience store are right across the street, so you won't even need your car.

We loved our stay at Christine's place. We loved waking up and watching the dolphins. We took family walks on the beach and spent days relaxing. We can't wait to go back. Her place was a great fix for our family of 5 that love to spend time out doors.

So incredibly grateful to have found this property! My friend and I decided to get away for a girls weekend, and we could not have picked a better place than this. Not only was the condo beautiful and homey, the view from the balcony was unmatched, especially during sunrise and sunset!! The host recommended a few local places to try and we were not disappointed. We will absolutely be booking again, and recommending it to our friends and family. Thanks again Tony and Kimmy! :)

Amy was very accommodating and helpful with making my stay at her place enjoyable. My daughters enjoyed the space as well as being able to access the beach. Will be staying there again next year for spring break.

Great place! Perfect location right on the beach in the peaceful part of Topsail. The place was spotless when we arrived and had no issues at all with the condo or the host. 10/10 would recommend!

We had a great experience, Villa Cipriani was a great spot for families with the restaurant and beach so close by. Great neighborhood and beautiful island!

Very clean, comfortable furniture, and the view! Didn’t bother me at all that high tide came right up to the steps! Was perfect little getaway! The owners checked in to make sure all was ok and were always quick to respond! Will definitely be back!!

Laura was a great host! Her condo was spotless and she even left snacks and a bottle of wine for us. The area was quiet, peaceful, and centrally located for our visit with family. We had a small issue which Laura communicated immediately with us and solved very quickly. We look forward to another visit.

We had an excellent stay. The location was unparalleled, offering breathtaking oceanfront views. The vistas of the sea from the private balcony were stunning. I highly recommend this accommodation.
