Apartman se nalazi u obiteljskoj kući u prizemlju. Pored ovoga apartmana u istoj obiteljskoj kući se nudi još jedan veći app na prvom katu. Kuća je udaljena 3 kilometra od mora autom (cestom), postoji i pješački put koji je od mora udaljen 1 kilometar (stepenice) koji je u smjeru mora nizbrdo ali pri povratku ipak treba biti u kondiciji. Apartman T&T je kompletno stilski novo uređen u proljeće 2019. Sastoji se od jedne spavaće sobe, kuhinje i dnevnog boravka (openspace) te kupaonice sa saunom.

Apartment is located in family house, on first floor. It has 50 m2. It is situated in a peaceful area in Lovran. It has 2 bedrooms, one with marital bed, other with two single beds and a crib if needed, kitchen (with dishwasher), bathroom (with washing machine), hallway with wardrobe and a balcony with beautiful view of Kvarner bay. There is private parking, barbecue and sitting area in the garden, as well as good wi fi. 5-10 minutes by foot to the sea, 500 m away is supermarket.

Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
