Beautiful home in a peaceful location that was the perfect, relaxing weekend getaway. Very clean and well stocked with linen, kitchen supplies. Michael is a very responsive, thoughtful host and even gave us tips on local things to see when our original plans cancelled. 10 out of 10 would stay here again!

We have stayed at many Air BnB’s over the last 10 years this one was our favorite! Beautiful quiet setting we loved sitting on the porch sipping our coffee. It was wonderfully decorated the kitchen was amazing it had everything! The beds were extremely comfortable. The furniture was comfortable and the house was just so cozy. Everything was very clean, organized and plenty of linens. We loved the treats and drinks in the frig. The host was wonderful, very prompt and helpful with restaurant suggestions. We are already planning a trip to enjoy this home again with our adult kids this fall! Thank you for providing such a beautiful home for our enjoyment

This cute home in Carrboro was the perfect space for my small group traveling to UNC for business. Susan was a responsive, helpful host who left everything tidy, clean, and with clear instructions. The location was quiet but close to nearby transportation and things to do. Would recommend!

Sylvia’s home was the perfect size for our group! She welcomed us to her house with a tour and gave us the rundown of all the amenities, alarm systems, and different quirks of the house. She had cookies and snacks for our enjoyment and was very informative about all the house rules! It was a very quiet neighborhood; the front yard had the occasional deer, and the backyard had a nice vibe with comfortable seating for everyone to enjoy. We loved the house!

This is one of the best apartments we’ve stayed at. It’s comfortable and well furnished. There were snacks, coffee, and creamers in the refrigerator. The location is so convenient to UNC and downtown. We hope to stay here again.

This place was one of the nicest Airbnbs I've stayed at! Very cute decor, exceptionally clean, lots of extras, and the beds were super-comfortable. We especially enjoyed the large front porch. Beth was a also a pleasure to work with and had helpful information about the area. We didn't need to move our car the entire weekend, as the house is right in Carrboro, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and will book again when I'm in the area.

A cute/ clean studio space. Perfect size for my family of 3. We only stayed 1 night but I could imagine that this would be a perfect couples weekend getaway. Host was very quick to respond and was helpful.

I have stayed here before and come back because I find it to be the perfect place for a visit to UNC. The place had everything I needed to make a few meals.

Quiet and safe surrounding area, conveniently located. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living room was comfortably arranged. Lois is a fantastic host, warm, friendly, and responsive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The entire experience was wonderful. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay in Chapel Hill. The condo was just as described, had everything we needed, and was close to shopping, restaurants, UNC, and Bolin Creek walking trail. Communication was on point, and we would definitely choose to stay at Quiet Condo again!
