Our river house was built piece by piece to suit the needs of the people who know how to enjoy, the sunset , the music and river itselfe alone of with few friends still keeping it within the budget. Swimming pool is 11mx4,5m and has a heating/cooling and a Astral turbojet pump for swimming. Suitable for 2 persons overnight (or up to 4 with additional payout) and few friends visit during the day. No parties and huge gatherings. If you need a airport or similiar transfer we organise it!

Our cozy house has 75m2 and is located at 750m above sea level, on a plot of 2,5 hectare with a beutiful forest and a little stream. Oak forest is full of edible mushrooms and wild strawberries.
