Great place to stay just outside of Holland (which is why we came) at a fraction of the price you’d pay to stay in Holland. The square footage is quite small BUT the floorplan maximizes the space very well. Clean, cute, and cozy either way a very helpful and responsive host.

If you are looking for the ideal location in Grand Haven… this is the place! Easily walkable to restaurants, shopping, the Boardwalk, and Grand River. The home is decorated beautifully and invites you in with beachy decor. I hope this is open next summer when we are back in town! Highly recommended!

Such a lovely stay. This cozy place provided me exactly what I had hoped for. The location was perfect for the beach and downtown shopping/dining. The communication was great and I felt comfortable and safe. Thank you again for sharing this wonderful gem. Betty B

My wife and I stayed in Grand Haven for a weekend. This place was a great deal for the location. Just a few blocks from downtown. We also were very thankful at how clean the place was. We would definitely stay here again!

Second time I have stayed with Ron and Judy. I always feel at home and so loved. They always look out for me and make sure I am ok and if I need anything. Even checked on my oil leak in my car I did not know I had. Their place is always beautiful and just like the pictures ( I think better than the pictures). You could not ask for a better host. Your Peaches will be back soon.

This was an excellent spot for my host daughter and I. We were close to the Holland Aquatic Center for the Ultras Swim Championship my host daughter was a part of. Felt like home, super clean, quiet neighborhood. Taught her how to play billiards. Went to the Laketown Beach to climb the dune and try to catch a sunset after dinner. Walked downtown Holland to explore between swim sessions.

Super clean, well stocked and fun location. A perfect experience. We will be back!

You can’t beat the location of this historic beach house! Just steps away from the beach!! Also, very walkable to Pronto Pups, which is a Grand Haven favorite and to all the amazing ice cream. It’s easy to walk to the little shops too! It was the best location. To not have to worry about driving and finding beach parking really made a huge difference. The house was comfortable and very cute as well! It had the amenities we needed for a fun vacation!

the porch is fabulous. lots of space for everyone. we did not need it, but the secret room was adorable. we would definitely come back again.

Peaceful getaway on Macatawa Bay in a gorgeous and very spacious house. Full of great equipment. Ideal location and the view on the Marina is stunning.

The home was walkable to downtown (even with “little legs”). It was very accessible and quiet. Very well stocked with anything we needed like soaps, trash bags, beach towels. Debs home felt clean and comfy. They even provided some condiments which I never expect. There was plenty of space. The home also felt safe for children- free or easily breakable items and clutter. We would love to stay again.

We had a great stay! The host thoughtfully provided snacks, coffee, & bottled water as well as plenty of linens and towels. The garage games were a hit with our family. The house is small & cozy, but there was plenty of space for our group of 3 adults & 5 kids. We enjoyed walking to the nearby park and would love to return in the summer to utilize the nearby lake and fire table in the backyard!

Wow! I’m always looking for somewhere that feels homey and elegant at the same time. Surrounded by beautiful nature — forest, beach, deer, stars when the sun goes down — it really felt like a get away! Julia’s cottage was the perfect location for a family getaway. My children are 6 years old and 3 years old and it is a very family and child friendly home with enough beds to fit two families of four comfortably. The outdoor deck area is beautiful and relaxing, with lighting that’s dimmable, lots of seating, and enough room for the kids to run and play. If the weather doesn’t permit that, the cottage has board games, a wide selection of books, and a fireplace, for the coziest day in. We are already planning our next trip back here, this time we will have to add a few more days :)

We had a great stay in Holland, this home was perfect for all our needs. Our host was great at communicating with us and very understanding. We travel to Holland often and if we ever get the chance for another stay here we would love to come back. Thanks!

We had a great stay at Rich’s place. He was proactive about communicating information ahead of our trip. The house was ready earlier than expected, and getting inside was a breeze. The kitchen and laundry were well stocked, there was plenty of seating and space for everyone, the beds were comfortable, and there were lots of extra linens in the closets. To welcome us, Rich had left a bottle of wine and chocolate as well as helpful information on the kitchen counter - so unexpected & nice! We enjoyed playing basketball in the front (although we weren’t used to being near such a fast road, which made us a little nervous when people were obviously speeding), walking to the beach to watch the sunset over Lake Michigan (the sidewalk made it feel safe & the itself was short), and having s’mores at the fire pit in the back. We all felt so comfortable at Rich’s house. If we’re ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo and super clean! The location is perfect to walk to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Location was amazing short walking distance of several great restaurants and right on a great bike path that you could ride endlessly. The pool was added bonus for 2 kids and highly recommend boat rental place in Fruitport!

We had an amazing stay here over New Year’s Eve! It was the perfect location and we felt right at home! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. All of the appliances as well as the washer and dryer were clean and the extra blankets and linens were great to have on extra cold nights! We are local to the area and wanted to stay close to downtown. This is definitely a condo we will rent again in the future. We did have a few questions during our stay and they were really quick at responding and very friendly. The condo overall felt very much like home and had lots of extra comforts such as pillows, blankets, board games etc and didn’t at all feel like a bare bones kind of Air B &B. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us for a few nights!

Exactly as pictured. Beautiful & comfortable rental. The beds are VERY comfortable. The condo is VERY clean. I didn’t know I needed a heated towel rack until now …. Such a nice perk in the bathroom! We parked & walked everywhere. Sunset on the pier was gorgeous. Loved eating at Lucy’s (happy hour specials), Grand Armory, Blue Porch (happy hour specials), Anna’s (best chilaquiles ever), Arturo’s Tacos (Monday’s they have $1.50 tacos), drinks at Odd Side Ales with a sandwich fm the Toasted Pickle, Fricano’s pizza, etc etc. The food scene is wonderful with many restaurants having happy hour specials or all day Sunday specials. We plan to make this an annual trip & would love to stay in the same place.
