Ourthe : locations de vacances en appartement

Géraldine nous a chaleureusement accueillis pour la remise des clés et nous a expliqué le fonctionnement du logement. La communication a été fluide et efficace. Le logement correspondait en tous points à l'annonce : tout était propre et bien équipé. La vue directe sur l'hotel de ville de Charleville Mézières était une belle surprise. Nous recommandons !

Anna is een geweldige host! Altijd beschikbaar, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij zaten in de flat, wat een mooie accomodatie is en helemaal in orde! Het is een ideale uitvalbasis voor wandelingen in de omgeving en dat het op een paar minuten rijden van Spa ligt kwam ons handig uit. Eén minpuntje voor ons: in de advertentie staat dat je zicht hebt op het meer en dat speelde erg mee in het kiezen van de accomodatie, alleen is het meer zo goed als opgedroogd. Het zicht erop zou sowieso belemmerd zijn geweest door de vegetatie in de achtertuin, behalve in de herfst- en wintermaanden. Wat niet wil zeggen dat je geen mooi uitzicht hebt. Je kijkt een beetje vanuit een dal op naar de bossen van spa, wat de moeite is. Wij raden een verblijf bij Anna dan ook zeer aan!

Wat een heerlijke locatie om van daaruit wandelingen (bijvoorbeeld door met de bus een stukje te reizen voor 3 euro en dan terug te lopen naar Roetgen) te maken in het natuurgebied. We zijn zeker van plan om nog eens terug te komen, omdat we nog meer mooie wandelingen in die buurt willen maken en de accommodatie erg goed beviel. In het appartement was echt van alles aanwezig. We hebben lekker broodjes afgebakken voor het ontbijt. De eierkoker gebruikt voor heerlijke gekookte eitjes bij het ontbijt. Er is een huiselijke sfeer. Wij vermoeden dat het echt bewoond is geweest. Als de foto's je aanstaan, kan ik je echt dit appartement aanraden. In Roetgen zelf waren niet veel restaurants open in deze week, maar er waren veel supermarkten in de buurt, dus is er alternatief genoeg ipv uit eten. Living in Roetgen is een prima restaurant om te eten. Van de andere restaurants weet ik dat niet. Op 30 april is er een Meiboom traditie en in de avond/nacht kan dat wat geluidsoverlast geven.

Logement très bien entretenu et très agréable. Emplacement à coté des commodités, accès facile, stationnement facilement accessible (avec meme prise de recharge électrique disponible). Je recommande

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen, wenn wir in Monschau sind!

Wir haben ein paar richtig schöne Tage in Marias Ferienwohnung verbracht. Es war eine sehr schöne Auszeit, alles war vorhanden und die Kinder waren sehr gut beschäftigt. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung hundertprozentig weiterempfehlen und wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal bei Maria. We spent a few lovely days at Maria's holiday flat. Everything was thought through with a lot of little touches here and there. The kids had loads of fun with the various toys and tractors on offer. I can highly recommended staying there and we can't wait to come visit again :)

A lovely small apartment that provided a good base for our trip to Liège. The place was very clean, and felt comfortable. The hosts were friendly, flexible with our arrival and waited when our coach was delayed. Thank you for a nice stay.

Helene ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin die uns persönlich empfangen hat. Nach wichtigen Informationen über Restaurants Museen, Geschäften und weiteren Aktivitäten in der Nähe hat sie uns dann verlassen. wir würden bei Helene jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen danke für die schöne Zeit in Lüttich.

très joli logement, ideal pour profiter des termes

Ayleens Wohnung ist perfekt für einen kleinen Urlaub im Grünen. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und überall entdeckt man kleine Details, über die man sich freuen kann. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man eben so braucht und wir haben nichts vermisst 😌 Es gibt scheinbar unzählige Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge in der nahen Umgebung - hierfür kann man sich durch Broschüren in der Wohnung oder das Gästebuch inspirieren lassen ☺️ Da wir aber nur auf der Durchreise waren sind wir für einen Tagesausflug in den ca. 20 Minuten entfernten Hürtgenwald gefahren - auch sehr empfehlenswert, sich mit dieser geschichtsträchtigen Gegend auseinanderzusetzen. Ayleen wirkt offen und freundlich und ich bin sicher, dass sie sich bei Problemen oder Schwierigkeiten hilfsbereit zeigt - wir hatten aber keine ☺️ achja: ein weiteres Highlight war das süße Notfall-Regal im Flur des Hauses. Hier kann man auf Vertrauensbasis Riegel, Blasenpflaster und ein paar Getränke kaufen 🫶🏼 alles super! Danke

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits au Coin du Bois, le studio est rénové avec goût et d'une propreté irréprochable. Bénédicte et son époux sont super accueillants. Bénédicte est très disponible et nous a conseillé des restaurants et excursions dans la région. Au Coin du Bois, c'est un espace vert dans lequel notre chien s'est bien amusé, une piscine dans laquelle j'ai pu faire quelques longueurs. Nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner préparé par notre hôte, ce fût un régal et largement suffisant. Tout est à disposition : serviettes de bain, shampoing, savon, un bar etc... Ce fût une très belle rencontre et un séjour au TOP, nous reviendrons.

My fiancee and i stayed with Maud over New Years Eve. From the start she was very responsive and helpful. The place is amazing with fantastic views of of the country and great amenities. The hot tub and spa are a really nice touch and Maud is very helpful and instructive with how to make things work. On New Years Eve there was even a private firework display in the garden which was wonderful. Can't recommend the place or the host high enough. Thank you.

Wat een schitterend verblijf. Bij aankomst vroeg Stefan of we van plan waren om op restaurant te gaan. Toen we lieten weten dat dit inderdaad ons plan was, belde Stefan naar een lokaal restaurantje om een tafel te reserveren voor ons. Stefan en Serge zijn voorbeeldige hosts. Een van de betere ervaringen die ik in jaren al gehad heb. Hele correcte prijs voor al de faciliteiten. Zo bouwden ze in hun tuin een wellnesscomplex met overdekt zwembad, sauna en hottub/jacuzzi. Super séjour, Maïté et Peter ont été très accueillant. Le logement est comme sur les photos pleins de charme et décoré avec goût. Il y a tout ce dont ont a besoins la cuisine est très bien équipée (huile, épices, ...) Le logement est bien située à pied des restaurants et des chemins de balade. Comme il y a 2 ans nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour

Questo alloggio merita la sesta stella! Claudine è stata accogliente sin dal primo istante. C'è stata per qualsiasi questione ed è stata determinante per rendere la nostra vacanza perfetta. La casa ha tutto quello che serve, è comoda e silenziosa, come questo angolo di pace del Belgio. Ci ha suggerito anche il percorso a piedi per visitare Limburgo, regalandoci una bellissima passeggiata al tramonto. Ci torneremo senz'altro!

Amazing place for a group of 6 people

We had a great time! The Natural pool was really nice! Marco was really accommodating and super flexible (we had to arrive a day later than planned and were then greeted by his wonderful mother in law). When I couldn’t get the TV to work, Marco responded immediately and stayed online until it was solved. Thank you!! 😊

After several years, we stayed in Pierre's "Gite" for the second time now, and I loved it even more then in 2019. The apartment is spacious and cosy, the little terrace has a wonderful view, and everything is set in a beautiful and quiet landscape. We also enjoyed the heated pool a lot. Above all, the hospitality of Pierre and his team stands out. He's extremely caring and helpful in every respect. If you have an opportunity to join the "Table d’Hôte", then this is highly recommended. Pierre will offer a wonderful selection of local food and wine, and there's nothing better then returning to the cosy apartment after such a delicious and satisfying dinner. We will return for sure come back. Thanks, Pierre!
