In un'ora d'auto è possibile raggiungere la riviera ligure oppure visitare le grandi città del nord Italia. On the hills surrounding Asti, just 3 minutes from the city center and just a quarter of an hour from the Langhe you will find “ Villa Belvedere”. It is situated on the top of the hill in a green acacia woods. The house is composed by a large living room with an old billiards, a fully equipped kitchen ,three bedrooms, two communicating with a large bathroom with shower and hydro massage and the third with a private bathroom and a patio.

Residenza Della Bollente I

The apartment is located on the main square of the city in Palazzo Scati. Palazzo, founded on the ruins of a Roman amphitheater and pre-existing medieval buildings, belonged since 1614 to the Scati family, recognized as one of the oldest noble families of Acqui Terme. Thanks to careful restoration in 2025, all of the building's authentic elements were preserved. The building was declared a Special Cultural Heritage Site.
