Last minute book, literally minutes left on the clock. And he messaged me back in less then 15 minutes to confirm. I’d definitely stay again, everything was clean and I got vip parking which was nice.

Michaels place was perfect for what I needed, and he was so responsive (thank goodness). I arrived in LAX late and didn’t get to his place until almost 1 am. I was about to walk in the wrong condo, and he quickly called me and gave me detailed directions. It was SO appreciated given how late it was. I booked this as a quick spot to sleep before hitting Channel Islands national park. It was perfect. Very convenient to the park and a grocery store.

I have an odd schedule as I work night shifts and use Michael’s places to sleep before my next shift. He’s so accommodating and kind. His places are all clean and safe and so comfortable

We had an excellent time at this airb&b. We walked the beach every morning and saw a big group of sea lions that were very fun to watch. The sunsets we saw were insanely gorgeous. We highly recommend this lovely condo. You won’t be disappointed! The hosts were very communicative.

This is a great one bedroom unit on a beautiful private beach! It is safe and walkable. Marc is a great host and is thoughtful, considerate and helpful in many ways. The deck is large and the ocean puts on a beautiful show everyday! So relaxing!! The bed is very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is great! The shower is modern and comfortable. A push of a button and your perfect temperature is experienced again and again. I loved it! Thank you Marc for a lovely, relaxing stay at your place! I look forward to visiting again at one of your properties.

Excellent one bedroom unit right on the beach with the perfect location. Exactly as described and ideal for a quick weekend away. We will be back soon I’m sure!

This was our second extended winter stay in Julie’s apartment. It was just as nice and convenient as we had remembered it. In addition, the heated pool and hot tub renovations were completed, which made this year even better than last year. Whether it was a hot, sunny day or a cloudy, cool one, the hot tub was SO relaxing. We slept so well on the comfortable King bed and cooked some delicious meals in the well furnished kitchen. The small patio is just right for enjoying an afternoon drink while watching the Acorn Woodpeckers and hummingbirds. A great spot!

Very nice, clean, and well equipped apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and it is awesome to have a pool, gym, tennis, etc. Anthony was a very friendly host taking care of all our questions and desires. He was always available and responded within minutes to all our questions. We stayed in the apartment for several weeks and I would come back at any time. Can 100% recommend Anthony‘s place.

Bethany was an amazing host! Very good at communicating and very friendly and helpful. Her place is in a fabulous location. I would definitely stay again.

Tonya is a great host, incredible with communication, very friendly, responsive, and quick to help. We had a wonderful stay here. The space was clean and comfortable. The location was incredible right on the beach with an easy access to it. We will be back.

Linda's home was the perfect place for our team while we were working in the area. Very close to restaurants and grocery. Her home was clean and cared for. Linda was always responsive to any question. We needed to extend our stay, and the process was easy to navigate with Linda's support, which took pressure off of our plate. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful home while we were working away from our own home.

Ivan’s place is a gem in Malibu! Ivan’s place is well appointed and well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies, along with toiletries. The steam shower is a treat at the end of the day. The instructions were exceptionally clear and Ivan was communicative along with responsive. I would highly recommend staying here. The heaters on the ocean facing balcony were perfect for the cool evenings and mornings. There is gated, private parking provided. The pool along with the hot tub are a relaxing way to spend the day or end the day. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. There are restaurants within walking distance to dine in or order take out and the County Mart is within a short drive of Ivan’s place. Pepperdine University is a short drive from Ivan’s place. If you are looking for a well appointed, relaxing experience in Malibu, Ivan’s place provides this and more. You are steps away from the beach and the ocean waves will lull you to sleep at night. We hope to return very soon!

Ellen’s beautiful cozy place made us feel right at home. The beds were super comfortable, everything was super homey, cozy and spotless clean. Thank you for having us!

I frequently stay in Airbnbs and it’s super rare to come across a host that genuinely cares about providing a comfortable and relaxing experience for their guests. Johnny does exactly that while going above and beyond to ensure a peaceful living environment. He’s extremely friendly and a great person to share an apartment with. This is the perfect Airbnb for anyone who intends to be equally as considerate in maintaining the tranquility of the space. The apartment features high quality bedding, ample storage space, and a balcony that overlooks a beautiful creek with luscious trees. There are really nice hiking trails all around the area as well as a gym in the complex for those that want to stay active. I don’t drive and could find everything I need within walking distance of the apartment.

Me and my family loved this place, from the inside and out. This place has a beautiful view of the beach sunset and in general a really relaxing experience. This place had everything your family needs to enjoy and have a good time. Hope whoever stays here has a good time like how me and my family did. Thank you, - Steph
