Well located for centre of town and also the hospitals. A really lovely comfortable well equipped and stylish apartment. Anna Lisa was very responsive to any queries responding straight away which was great .

Excellent accommodation in a very nice & quiet location. Easy access to the town & harbour where you could find restaurants, pubs & walking routes around the local area.

Had a great stay at Dan’s place. It’s a great location, very central but also in a quiet neighbourhood. Communication with Dan was great and it was very easy to check in. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who is staying in Exeter 🙂

This place is an absolute gem! Perfectly situated with breathtaking views from the terrace of Dartmouth and the harbour. Beautifully clean bijou apartment. We were lucky with glorious weather to take full advantage of all the area had to offer - beach walks with our lovely labradoodle, wonderful little river cruise, stunning Devon countryside and a great selection of restaurants and pubs to enjoy. And a delight to always get back to the peace and serenity of Louise’s wonderful penthouse to unwind with a glass of wine on the terrace. Louise is a wonderful host and highly recommend this place to book!

We have just returned from a wonderful four night relaxing stay at "Waves"The apartment was very comfortable, nicely decorated with some lovely personal touches and the welcome treats were much appreciated.Immaculately clean and extremely well equipped.Emma is a very welcoming and generous host.From our initial contact, prior to arrival and throughout our stay Emma was always very responsive.Excellent recommendations on where to visit and eat in the local area, and we definitely felt that Emma wants to ensure that her guests have the best time possible. Stoke Fleming is a beautiful, friendly village and an ideal base for exploring further afield, so if you are planning a trip in this part of Devon we have no hesitation in recommending this accomodation, it was just perfect Thank you again Emma for making our trip so enjoyable!

I had a really lovely stay at Windynook! Mike was very friendly and welcoming - he showed me around, explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The accommodation was so cosy and homely, beautifully decorated and furnished with just enough in it to make it feel homely but not at all cluttered. The bed was really comfortable and I slept better than at home! The details were thoughtful, like providing small boxes of breakfast cereal, fruit juice, milk, tea and coffee. The kitchen was well-equipped and I had everything I needed, and Mike told me about several local shops and restaurants too. Check in and out was really easy, and Mike, his wife and their dogs were all very friendly - we had a lovely chat on arrival. I felt it was good value for money, because the accommodation was of a high standard and in a nice location, with so many thoughtful details provided. Thanks again Mike, for being a great host! 😊

We had a long weekend stay with family and the location and cottage was absolutely beautiful. Geoff was a really friendly and helpful host. The swimming pool and play facilities were brilliant, massive pool that was really warm and easy to book etc. the house was pristine, well stocked and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Stunning property in a great location with incredible views across the River Dart to Dartmouth, from the vast balconies. Spotless home with every amenity you could wish for with a fully equipped kitchen, added extras such bath towels and hot tub towels included. comfortable bed and furniture, all to a high spec. Mark is a great host, very helpful and easy to contact. A great place for couples and families for short or long stay... would recommend 👌

Gary's place is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed in Devon. it is extremely luxurious, all our needs were catered for we felt welcome an d comfortable straight away. Highly recommended for a family or group of friends, plenty of space to be in others company without bumping into each other. we absolutely loved our stay there . 5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a great stay in Salcombe and the views from the house were great. The hill was a challenge but seemed to get easier each time we walked up it. The house met our needs perfectly and the kitchen had everything you could possibly want. Gail was very responsive to any message we sent and was very kind to let us in early because of the rain! We stayed here for the weekend for my father-in-laws 80th birthday. The house was perfect for 7 adults and 3 children. More than enough space for everyone and more than well enough equipped! There was everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The location was wonderful, walkable for those that wanted to down to Hope Cove and lots of other lovely beaches and places to visit nearby. I wish we could have stayed longer! The house has a lovely home from home feeling and we all had a great weekend. Would recommend it!

The apARTment exceeded our expectations! Absolutely beautiful decor and fabulous art works throughout. Super comfortable the apartment has everything you need to an extremely high standard. We were welcomed by Simon and Theresa had made lemon drizzle cake and left a lovely welcome card and there was a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge with complimentary fresh milk and orange juice in mini school bottles too, a lovely touch. The views are stunning and the garden you have access to also down to the Summerhouse are all beautiful and a true work of love! We hope we will return again and can't recommend highly enough especially for comfort, relaxation and to truly unwind - the balcony is great for an aperitif and coffee in the morning from the Nespresso coffee maker, perfect, perfect, perfect! I had a really lovely stay in Totnes, Tom and Becky were great hosts and gave loads of recommendations for food, shopping and things to do. The flat itself was beautiful and made for a really relaxing stay, it had everything I needed. The location was also great, I arrived by train and everything was within walking distance and easy to get to. I’d love to stay again!

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

It’s a great flat in a great location. Slight hiccup with hot water but Dean sorted promptly. Would recommend.

We stayed overnight at Diana’s beautiful place after a full day of exploring Salcombe, and it was just as stunning as the photos! The interiors were lovely, and the house felt so cozy. It’s only a 20-25 minute drive to Salcombe, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, private, and affordable stay. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I return to Salcombe. @Diana – We were on a 15-day trip and stayed at 5-6 different Airbnbs, but yours was the best! Cheers!

Right from first contact Lynne was helpful, kind and generous, and her apartment is beautiful and equipped with absolutely everything that you could need or want. The views from the balcony are incredible and the apartment is only minutes from the beach, cafés, pubs and restaurants. We have stayed in quite a few apartments around the marina, but this by far has been the best.

The flat was clean and very tidy, it had everything we needed. The communication was very good. Great location, would definitely stay again.
