The ideal location for events and adventures in the city. Comfortably accommodating up to four guests with a king bed in the bedroom and double foldout bed in the living area. Blackout curtains, and 2 smart TVs add additional comfort to your stay. There is a sunny courtyard and off- street parking. Children’s toys/cot are available on request.

Private Room in central location with parking

A unique private space, attached to the main house but with a completely separate entrance. A freshly decorated space with ensuite, kitchenette cabinet and an outdoor patio to relax in the sunshine. Access to the laundry behind the garage is available which includes a wash tub, washing machine and fridge. Guests may also use the outdoor bbq. All this is free of charge. In a central location within walking distance to the best pubs, restaurants and shopping that Palmerston North has to offer.

The West Wing

A quiet self-contained space for a tranquil and private stay. In a cul-de-sac with a large landscaped lawn and garden, full of birdsong. Easy off road parking. Great facilities and a touch of luxury with all new amenities. Self-contained unit but a shared backyard with the attached house. We are on the outskirts of PN - a 10 minute drive to the centre of town. 5 minutes to airport. Walking distance to supermarket, wetland walkways and parks. 15 minutes to Feilding or the acclaimed Gorge walk

Kick back and relax in this peaceful, sunny space. Dine on your own deck and soak up the rural views while enjoying the fresh sea air! It's just a 7 minute walk to the popular Castlecliff beach for a swim or take a stroll along the black sandy beach and enjoy a spectacular West coast sunset. Stop at the Citadel café for a meal or drink on the way home. Its easy to ski from here as Ohakune is just over an hours drive. This is a great spot for couples, solo adventurers or business travelers.

Frankie's place

We have the perfect spot for resting on your way to or from Wellington. You will stay amongst the fruit trees. The birdlife is great. Our tiny home is on our section 20mtrs from our house. You have your own separate entrance & parking space. we are 5 min north of Otaki, 10 min from Levin & Waikawa Beach . The Manakau Market & The Greenery garden centre are close. We are a family of five and especially in summer we spend a lot of time outside so expect the normal sounds of family life.
