Villa 47 es una propiedad localizada en el exclusivo condominio "Playa Iguana" que se encuentra a unos pasos de la Marina de Ixtapa y a 10 minutos en coche de Zihuatanejo. La ocupación máxima es de 8 personas (bebés y niños incluidos). si vienen mas, no podrán acceder al Condominio. Asimismo, es indispensable enviar el ID de todos los huéspedes mayores de edad con al menos tres días ames de llegar.
