Contemporary renovated beachfront apartment located at a sandy beach in beautiful Chalkidiki. The apartments comes with two bedrooms (1st with queen size double bed, 2nd with two singles) living room, kitchenette and bathroom. All rooms provide sea view. The beach is 10m from the garden entrance where there is free space as well as organized beach bars and restaurants. Important Notice !!! Amazing place for a family holidays , just 50m from the beach. the apartment is located in Dionisiou Beach in Halkidiki , very close to a park and a safe playground for children. The apartment is fully refurbished in 2021, consists of two bedrooms , one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. From the balcony you can enjoy the sea view and also have your lunch or dinner. There is a free parking aswell and an outdoor shower for using it, after returning from the beach.
