It is on a quiet street but in the center of Pagrati while it is a sunny and airy space with 6 steps from the entrance, with central windows on the facade. The small apartment is located on the beach, in the center of the city.Very close to restaurants, cafes,bakery,grocery and pharmacy.There are also beach bars,surf clubs with umbrellas and chairs.The bus station is 2' away while the distance from the Rafìnas port and the airport of Athens is 5km, and I can arrange a taxi for your transfer at any moment.The apartment has two rooms with one double bed and one sofa-bed,one bathroom and a kitchen.Can accommodate 4 people.I be will be glad to see you!

Further (42k) is Lavrio and its port to other islands (tzia, kythnos etc) and the temple of Poseidon at cape Sounio (24 km). Ιn 8km is the Attica Zoological Park and the Glen Mc Arthur shopping center.

They are built within a five-acre estate overgrown with centuries-old olive trees in boho Cycladic architecture and aesthetics with a few touches of an earthy village element.
