Cette petite maison en pierre, élégante et récemment rénovée, dispose d'une entrée indépendante depuis une rue calme et offre une intimité totale. Il s'agit d'un espace ouvert avec une chambre en mezzanine comprenant un confortable lit double (160x200 cm), un canapé-lit pour deux personnes (140x200 cm) au rez-de-chaussée, une salle de bain spacieuse, une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, ainsi qu’un coin repas. L’intérieur est décoré d’œuvres d’art qui soulignent le caractère unique du lieu. Une cour intérieure avec salle à manger extérieure est également à disposition, partagée avec les hôtes chaleureux. Depuis la cour, les visiteurs ont accès à un atelier artistique de 40 m², qui peut être utilisé de manière autonome après accord avec les propriétaires. Il est également possible de participer à des ateliers artistiques (peinture, gravure, modelage) animés par le co-hôte Francesco Moretti, artiste plasticien.

My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

Au Rez de chaussée (entièrement neuf): 2 belles chambres doubles avec salle de bain privée, un grand salon avec cuisine américaine, un sauna et un toilette séparé.
