Partinico : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

This is a super comfortable and spacious apartment. Palermo is filled with restaurants, bars and cafes and this location is convenient for all parts of city. Kitchen is stocked with a few staples but you dont need to cook in Palermo. Francesca was very quick to respond to any questions. Grocery and waterfront also very close. About 15 min walk from train station. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, view was outstanding. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Alloggia centralissimo, in un palazzo storico. Nonostante su una via centralissima con tantissime attività commerciali aperte fino a tardi insonorizzazione perfetta. Casa pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort. Giuseppe gentilissimo, ci ha accompagnato a fare il check in a casa nonostate fosse molto tardi. Ha permesso un check out posticipato che ci ha dato la possibilità di poter sfruttare al massimo il nostro ultimo giorno li. Consigliatissimo.

Innazitutto ringraziamo Ivana per la sua disponibilità il giorno dell'arrivo. Non era così scontato essendo Pasquetta e oltrettutto siamo arrivati a Palermo intorno alle 14,00. Ma già nei giorni precedenti la partenza Ivana si è sempre mostrata sollecita a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande e fornirci tutte le indicazioni necessarie. Confermiamo quanto riportato nelle recensioni di chi ci ha preceduto, l'appartamento è molto tranquillo pur affacciandosi (la finestra della cucina) su una piazzetta in cui si trova un ristorante molto animato che la sera rimane aperto fino a molto tardi. Ma grazie ai doppi vetri e alla posizione del soggiorno e della stanza da letto, all'interno dell'appartamento con le finestre sul cortile interno del palazzo, abbiamo soggiornato e dormito senza essere disturbati da alcun rumore. La posizione poi è strategica, a cinque minuti dalla Vucciria e dal Massimo e a mezz'ora max, a piedi, da tutti i luoghi di interesse di Palermo. Penso che torneremo.

La casa ha tutti i comfort, non manca niente. Il bellissimo terrazzo si presta a piacevolissime serate in compagnia complice il bistrot sotto casa che ci ha fornito ottime pizze e leccornie siciliane. La zona è tranquilla e servita anche dai mezzi facilita di parcheggio. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

l’appartamento è veramente bellissimo, ristrutturato, rifinito nei minimi dettagli, spaziosissimo e climatizzato. la zona è tranquillissima e con tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze. la pulizia impeccabile, e l’host sempre disponibile. ci tornerei volentieri; se visitate Palermo, vi consiglio assolutamente questo appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort possibili; non ve ne pentirete!

We stayed here for two weeks and loved it! The apartment is very spacious and elegant. The location is excellent—within walking distance to everything the old city has to offer, including many historical tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, etc. The owner and hosts are responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

Very cosy apartment with terrace access, close to grocery store, beach. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, same as the bedrooms. Anything that you may need for cooking, you will find in the kitchen. Also you have a place for barbecue if needed. If we would come back in San Vito, probably we will contact again Ignazia.

Schönes, liebevoll ausgestattetes Zimmer mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Stehbalkon, Blick auf das Haus gegenüber. Wir würden immer wiederkommen, man muss nur wissen, dass durch die 50 m entfernte Hauptstraße eine Grundlautstärke herrscht.

Sehr schönes Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Super geeignet für Familien mit Kindern jeden Alters. Das absolute Highlight ist der große und schön gestaltete Garten mit gemütlicher Terrasse. In der direkten Umgebung des Hauses lässt sich leider nicht wirklich etwas unternehmen, aber mit einem Auto ist man schnell an unterschiedlichen tollen Orten! Ohne Auto kommt man allerdings nur sehr schwierig zum Haus! Das sollte man unbedingt berücksichtigen. Das Beste an Allem: Viviana und Federico! Sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit, immer schnell erreichbar und trotzdem diskret. Die haben uns auch mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants etc. versorgt. Vielen Dank!! 🙏☺️

Der Aufenthalt in Marias Wohnung war sehr angenehm. Alles in der Wohnung war sehr sauber. Maria hat die Wohnung sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Schöne, große und praktische Küche, alles vorhanden, macht Spaß dort zu kochen. Super Aussicht von der Terrasse. Die Terrasse ist auch sehr schön gestaltet. Genau für diejenigen, die Ruhe und Erholung wollen und die Seele baumeln lassen wollen. Maria ist sehr sympathisch und ein Herzensmensch. Sie war sehr diskret, für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung zu 100% weiter und sind am überlegen, ob wir nächstes Jahr selbst wieder dahin fahren :-) Vielen Dank liebe Maria Ciao, a presto

A stunning property, very much deserving of its 5-star reviews. We could not have felt more at home, with every amenity thoughtfully provided by the owners. The villa is furnished to a high standard, is well locked after and spotlessly clean and the outside space..WOW! Erika, the property manager is lovely, very knowledgeable and helpful, going out of her way on a Sunday to fix a small issue with the internet which we were most grateful for. We would highly recommend this property. Due to the rural location, you will definitely need a car as there is nothing within walking distance. The restaurant recommended to us which was a short walk away appears to have closed down, unclear if this is permanent or seasonal (we visited mid-September).

Mieszkanie jest dobrze zlokalizowane, parking pod drzwiami, wiele sklepów. Margherita to ciepła, uśmiechnięta, sympatyczna osoba, przyniosła nam mały słodki prezent, który był bardzo sympatyczny 🧡 Łóżka wygodne, miejsca dużo, czysta łazienka, bardzo dobrej jakości pralka i suszarka, oraz plus za środki do prania! W kuchni znaleźliśmy wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Spędziliśmy miło czas. Dziękujemy i będziemy polecać :)

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 13 giorni e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La signora Fiorenza è stata molto disponibile e cordiale, anche nell’intervenire in seguito allo smarrimento delle chiavi per una nostra distrazione (senza alcun costo aggiuntivo). L’appartamento è molto pulito e gli spazi sono comodi per 2 persone. La posizione è ottima, a meno di 5 minuti dal centro a piedi. Consigliato!

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.

Sabrina and her husband (Simone) were great hosts! Very friendly and communication from check-in to check-out was excellent. The apartment was just as in the pictures and had everything needed for my stay. Great location and short walk to the beach! Snack, wine and water given complimentary at check-in! They provided luggage storage at check-out so I could spend the day at the beach before leaving for the airport. Thanks! Ciao!

We loved the place and liked Arianna very much . Special person totally dedicated to make sure that you are comfortable and happy with your stay . Punctual , responsible , caring , full of great directions and advice . The apartment well situated and totally in the heart of all . Walk to churches , museums , great boutiques, restaurants. Buses and train station close by . Lidl supermarket 2-3 short blocks away . No need to rent a car in Palermo … walk to all from this apartment . The courtyard peaceful , sunny , quiet and very private . Arianna delivered a drip coffee maker as well for anyone coming from the USA - needs to know that ,hope this info helps others as this owner really cares about her guests . We would love to return next time when we will stop for a few days in Palermo.

Le logement est très spacieux ! La vue sur le balcon est incroyable surtout au moment du coucher du soleil ! L'hôte est de très bon conseil pour les visites et commerces. Très bonne adresse !

Sehr nette und gut gelegene Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Schöne Küche mit vielen Möglichkeiten zu kochen. Schönes sauberes Bad mit großer dusche. Im Sommer sehr angenehm kühl im gesamten apartment. Zusätzlich gibt es in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage. Kaffeemaschine mit sehr gutem Kaffee auch vorhanden. Ruhige Gegend, jedoch alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsstraßen gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele nette Lokale und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben von ihnen viele Empfehlungen für Lokale und Sehenswürdigkeiten bekommen. Kommunikation funktionierte Einwandfrei. Check-In und Check-Out war sehr flexibel und auf unsere Bedürfnisse angepasst. Würde die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen der einen Städtetrip nach Palermo plant!

Maria is a wonderful host, and she made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived at her place. Her local recommendation is fun and interesting. Her place is very clean, new and centrally located. You can walk anywhere in the city. I would love to stay at her place again and I highly recommend anyone to stay at her place!

This spot is absolutely perfect if you’re wanting to be able to walk to all the attractions! It held a beautiful historical ambiance and the washer and dryer were a plus! You can hear the streets at night but this wasnt a problem for us. We would stay again!

Sehr tolle Wohnung und super eingerichtet. Vergleichsweise ist es nicht so laut wie an anderen Orten in Palermo. Allerdings ist ab kurz vor 8 Uhr morgens viel Lärm auf der Straße. In der Nacht aber sehr ruhig! Es sind zwischen 20 und 30 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Sehr nahe ist eine Zugstation mit direkter Verbindung zum Flughafen und zum Hauptbahnhof. Danke!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sah so aus wie auf den Bildern.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine chez Margherita et Giorgio. L'appartement était extrêmement propre et bien équipé. Sa position centrale permet de visiter la magnifique ville de Palerme entièrement à pied et vous trouverez à proximité tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Margherita et Giorgio sont des hôtes attentionnés et très réactifs, qui feront tout leur possible pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Si le logement est très calme par rapport aux bruits venants de l'extérieur, l'isolation phonique intérieure est, comme souvent dans les immeuble anciens en Italie, peu efficace. Mais c'est vraiment le seul bémol de l'appartement.
