Me and my partner have just got back from our overnight stay at Poppies place. Laura was easy to contact and she was very responsive when we asked any questions. From checking in to leaving everything was great, and instructions were clear. The room itself was cosy which we liked and it was spotless. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend this place to others. X

Nick was very helpful and accommodating as we weren't sure of our ETA. Accommodation was lovely and comfortable. Location was perfect for our needs, with amenities nearby.

We had a 3 night stay at the Garden Flat. We were made very welcome and the accomodation had everything we needed. We were blessed with good weather so could make the best of the beautiful area and especially the peaceful, pretty garden. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Firstly, many thanks Thomas for a great stay in this beautiful flat. It was everything we hoped for. Situated in a private, quiet location only a few minutes from everything Harrogate has to offer. The flat was beautifully furnished and decorated. The property was easy to find and access, as the instructions from Thomas were very clear. Private parking on the property was a big bonus. well what can I say! we will definitely be back! this had everything you needed not just the hot tub, pool table and the wonderful balcony area but we were surprised to walk in to snacks, drinks stocked and an abundance of house hold items! everything was spotlessly clean with clear instructions on all appliances! we also walked in to see they had decorated for our anniversary (we were celebrating 11 years and a 1 year countdown to our wedding) this place will hold alot of wonderful memories and can't wait to come back one day! Lisa and Wass your place and yourselves are amazing!

This is a lovely home within a 15-20 walk to the centre of York. The home is clean, with all the facilities you’d expect. A double bed, a nice living area with open plan kitchen and a separate bathroom. I’d happily come here again. There are a couple of things to get used to/consider however, the shower unit is snug but doable and there are several stairs to navigate. So if you aren’t very mobile you may struggle. For everyone else this is a lovely Airbnb x

Lovely house, spotlessly clean and lovely and responsive hosts. The house was perfect for us, and we had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay in this house again, it was very easy to get into the city centre and the information that Jamie and Eden provided was really helpful. A beautiful, quirky cottage that was ideally suited. Very close to Newmillerdam and its restaurants and pubs. More suited to shorter guests below 5 foot 8 as the door frames, mirrors and shower are all pretty low. Beautifully decorated and very clean.

Went to Horwich to see family and friends, Lindsay and Daniel's property was perfect for our month long stay, ideal location, beatiful views, large garden, very clean, it was in a quiet street with ample parking. The flexible check in and check out was appreciated as was our welcome pack. We would definitely recommend "Rivington View" and will hopefully get to visit again.

The house it’s self it’s unreal. I was in Leeds for my birthday so me and the lads loved the pool table in the dining area it was a perfect setup for us. Check in and check out as easy as can be. Would 100% recommend!

We had a great 10 night stay. The house had everything a family could need including everything for a baby like a gate for the stairs, high chair, cot and baby bath. The house also had lots of games and toys perfect for a rainy day. The kitchen had all the appliances you need to cook food for a family of four including herbs and spices and a dishwasher. As well as a great washing machine, dryer and ironing board with all soap and detergents provided. There were plenty of towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap was provided as well as cleaning supplies. Most importantly house was cosy and warm all the time despite the cold weather. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and the owners were very polite and quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!

I'm not sure what to say that already hasn't. We have just had an absolutely lovely Easter weekend at Michelle and Johns wonderful cottage. The place is thoughtfully decorated throughout and has a very homely feeling to it. Everything was modern and spotlessly clean with thoughtful little touches like dog towels, grocery essentials and soaps. The location is very peaceful but find yourself a mere five minute walk to the centre of Marsden and all it has to offer. Having stayed at many Airbnb rentals, this is without doubt equally one of the best and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering staying. We will be returning to Marsden and hope we will be able to stay once again as it ticks all boxes. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting in person but Michelle and John's communication was so quick and could not have been more friendly and helpful.

We booked Sarah’s place for a coworker to stay near to our place of work on Preston Farm Industrial Estate. We found Sarah’s house perfect for what we needed, comfortable, clean and near to the places we needed. Would recommend Sarah’s place to anyone staying in the Stockton area.

Sule sent clear instructions and local recommendations well in advance of our stay. The bed and linens were super comfortable and the kitchen had many items to help you prepare meals. The washing machine is a bonus as we are traveling multiple places. The flat is located so close to city center. Easy to walk but also easy to hop on a bus as well. York was such a lovely area and people are so friendly! We were asked if we needed help 3 times in our first 20 minutes (we did look confused as construction is happening and we had no idea where the bus would pick us up as the one nearest the train station is closed). Highly recommend Sule’s place! I hope to be back!

Sophie's flat is perfect, just beautiful 👌 Really peaceful location with an easy and lovely walk into the centre of Ripon. Ripon itself is fantastic, much more to do and see than we expected. An all-round wonderful holiday!

We had a fab 3-night stay and felt very comfortable. It was a well appointed kitchen for cooking and hosting others. Will hopefully stay again.

Firstly Masham is such a beautiful market town, it’s like you have stepped right back in time to C18th, save that there’s a chippy round the corner and some great bakeries and cafes. Jack and Abigail’s wee studio is perfect if like me you want a couple of days of absolute peace. It was spotless, private, safe and had everything I needed. Thank you for a lovely stay. Sue

We had a lovely stay, so much nicer than staying in a hotel. The apartment was perfect and it’s ideal for parents with Uni age children staying in Headingley. James Baillie Park is walking distance.

From the moment I arrived I was warmly welcomed by my wonderful hosts. After a tour of the apartment I settled in immediately, feeling at home and very relaxed. The kitchen and utility room are well appointed with everything you could want (plus treats for canine & humans, throws, dog beds and towels etc.), the cosy living room has a VERY comfortable sofa, dining table/chairs and a cabinet full of things to entertain every member of your family (including your dog!). The king sized bed is very comfortable and the room is tastefully decorated with a relaxing atmosphere, guaranteed to enhance sweet dreams. The bathroom is wonderful-not only is the shower a generous size but is lovely and powerful but the whole bathroom has plenty of space and is very cosy with plush towels a plenty! I didn’t try out the spa bath but it is available for people who prefer baths instead. All in all, I thoroughly recommend Sue and Kevin’s apartment (not forgetting to mention their two lovely labradors)

Chris’ place is great! Very clean and uncluttered. The spiral stair is very steep! It was a short walk down hill to the town which is beautiful. Very picturesque! The views from the windows of the property are mostly of fields but lovely to see the trees. You can also see the church from the bedroom window. The road to town is very busy and fast, but it is short and when in the property you can’t hear it.
