Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Outstanding Clear Lake City, Houston home only 5 minutes to NASA JSC and 20 minutes to Downtown Houston, or the Kemah Boardwalk! The home features a huge pool and spa with a 4 ton rock waterfall! The pool and spa can be heated. Spa is free to heat but we charge to heat the pool in winter. The back patio is exceptionally large and perfect for enjoying the outdoor space day and night. This fully private 1 bedroom condo gives you all you need for your home away from home. In house washer and dryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, and yes, even a coffee maker. Relax with two flat screens TVs located in the living space and bedroom for optimum relaxation. Additionally this space is located in between highway 288 and 35, ideal for a quick ride to hotspots like Pearland Town Center and Baybrook Mall.
