Poros Island is serviced by both sea and road routes from Athens.By sea (from the port of Piraeus you can reach the island in little over an hour using the fast flying dolphin & catamaran services, alternatively driving from Athens to the coastal town of Galatas (where car ferries service the island every 30 minutes) can be achieved in 2 1/2 hours.

Kamini is a quiet neighborhood with a small marina and restaurants serving delicious greek dishes. Our house has a balcony with exceptional sea view, a cozy side patio and a garden with lemon trees. We welcome you in our cottage house in Taktikoupoli, a strategic location between Methana and Poros island, just 1 km away from the nearest coast (by car). A peaceful retreat away from town noises but so close to excellent choices such as Methana Volcano, Thermal Volcanic Spa, Ancient Theater of Epidayros, DevilBridge, Vathi fish taverns, Psifta Lake. Plus, the garden spot is a lovely place to enjoy the sunset. All you need is a vehicle (mandatory) and travel mood!

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
