Our apartment is a cozy studio apartment 25 sq.m. (237 sq ft.). Apartment has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed which are actually two twin beds one right next to the other. Small kitchen (2 hotplates) with dining table. Bathroom w/ shower/ en-suite/WC. Very large PRIVATE terrace (100 sq.m. or 1075 sq ft.) reserved just for you, offering spectacular views of the sea, Old City, Island of Lokrum. For guests arriving with a car, parking is included free of charge in our private parking spot.

GOLD Central Suite is new apartment inside medieval 16th century house, located in the heart of Korčula Old Town, just couple of steps away from all main attractions. Sea is 50 m away from the property with lovely rocky beach beneath stone city walls. Restaurants, coffee and souvenir shops are near by, same like main promenade. Ferry port is 100 m and bus station 200 m away. We are centrally located and perfect spot for all travelers who wants to be in the middle of happening :)

Our apartment is sittuated on the quiet location, few minutes walking distance from the Korcula Old Town and from the beach. It has private parking place. In front of the apartment there is a small garden and terrace with a view to the sea and Pelješac peninsula. Apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house but it has a separate entrance that ensures privacy.

Studio apartman smješten na najvišem katu kuće, koncipiran je kao open plan a obuhvaća kuhinju sa dnevnom sobom i spavaonicu, kupaonu, balkon sa pogledom na more. Kuća se nalazi u mirnom dijelu grada Hvara, u neposrednoj blizini franjevačkog samostana te ima veliki vrt i puno zelenila. Prva plaža udaljena je 50 metara od kuće a centar grada 5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more.
