Cosy Coastal Cottage This cosy cottage is part of Blue Moon Cottages, three beautifully decorated cottages just 250 metres from the bayside beach at Rye on the Southern tip of the Mornington Peninsula. This character filled cottage is decorated with a subtle classic neutral theme. It is large enough to accommodate a couple or a family with an infant.The cottage is also pet friendly with an outdoor courtyard which is fully fenced and pets are welcome inside. Living: Walking into the cottage the wooden clad interior has a cosy lounge with log fire for winter stays and French doors to open up to the courtyard in summer. A leather chair and comfy sofa give the feeling of a log cabin hideaway to the room.The lounge opens further to a dining area with four chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. Sleeping: There is a large carpeted bedroom at the gable end of the cottage, beautifully decorated with hanging bedside lamps, a wrought iron Qeen bed and wall mounted TV. Bathrooms: Modern recently renovated bathroom with shower. There is a shared laundry on the Blue Moon Cottages site with washer and dryer. Heating and Cooling: Reverse Cycle Heater and Air Conditioner and additional wall heaters are in the dining and bedroom Parking: There is off street parking for one car Pet Friendly: Pets are welcome inside however as the cottage and courtyard is small we would recommend small dogs only. The fully enclosed courtyard garden has an outdoor entertaining area with a BBQ. The Sandpiper is a perfect beach retreat in both summer and winter. Your home away from home has everything you need for a relaxing holiday: Air conditioning, Flat screen TV, DVD, Wifi, Log fire, BBQ, Private courtyard garden,outdoor dining area andc car parking This is self catering accommodation and the room is not serviced on a daily basis. However, all linen, towels, basic kitchen provisions and toiletries are supplied for your arrival. Photography - photography is continually kept up to date when major changes to properties are made, however, minor changes in furniture or bedding may vary from the current photography. Capel Corner is a character beach home which has been lovingly filled with everything you need to have that much needed getaway with family & friends. 700m from the beach and a short drive to wineries, hot springs & many beautiful shops, we are conveniently located to make the best of everything the Peninsula has on offer. There is ample off-street parking for up to 4 cars & room for a boat. If you exceed the 7 guest maximum with a baby/toddler (or two) in a cot that’s fine - just let us know.

Come and stay at our secluded & cosy one bedroom cottage, just a short stroll from the shallow, peaceful waves at Tyrone Beach. Head into Sorrento for a choice of restaurants or keep it local in Blairgowrie for dinner & drinks. Maybe just relax in the private courtyard and enjoy a glass of wine and a BBQ. Bonus - we are only 15 mins drive from the blissful Peninsula Hot Springs! Happy to help arrange local tours or transport (extra fee). Pet friendly so bring the whole family!

The Back Beach Classic

Only two houses between us and the ocean beach, our cosy family shack of over thirty years is now available for others to enjoy. Described by visitors as having a genuine holiday feel - an ideal place to truly feel 'away from it all', but still with all the Mornington Peninsula advantages on its doorstep. Best Location for Family & Pets!! 200m to Beach!!

Our home is child and pet friendly, securely fenced and only a very short walking distance, (less than 5 minutes), to the beach, cinema, supermarket, cafes and Rosebud pub. . An additional living area at the back, has a second TV, a couch and bar fridge. The second bedroom is large and the queen bed can be curtained off from the bunks. Wifi, and FREE NETFLIX are available. Spacious shower, separate toilet. Baby high chair and we have a portacot. Air conditioned and with ceiling fans.

Sorrento Garden Cottage

The Cottage is ideally located a short walk to Sorrento Village - restaurants, cafes, and great shopping. An easy walk to ocean and bay beaches. A great base to explore golf courses, hot springs, wineries. There are many coastal walks to enjoy. The cottage provides a lovely space in which to relax. Long weekends are a minimum 3 night booking. * We would prefer guests to be fully COVID vaccinated. My husband and I are fully vaccinated.
