Old fashioned, unpretentious - only 1 block from downtown - restaurants, shops and Avon Theatre. Not fancy but pretty great. Compact. Good light. Homey. Garden with a picnic table. Good for couples or families (with kids). Well mannered pets are fine. Driveway holds 4 cars in a row. For those with limited mobility, there is a large bedroom and a 3 pc bathroom on the main floor - only one step up to deck and one into house if you go through the back. There is a 2nd 3 piece bathroom upstairs.
