Federica a créé un espace PRIVÉ immergé dans la tranquillité de la nature, idéal pour se détendre. Vous y trouverez la Skyroom, une mini maison en bois avec fenêtres donnant sur le lac et toit transparent rétractable pour admirer le ciel. Vous y trouverez un gazebo avec table et chaises longues, une salle de bain entièrement équipée, le tout à l'usage exclusif des clients du skyroom. Un copieux petit-déjeuner est INCLUS, et pour ceux qui le souhaitent, un EXTRA: l'utilisation privée du jacuzzi

The oldest residential house on the Island of San Giulio, situated in the middle of Lake Orta, distanced 400m from the mainland, accessible only via boat. The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

Chalet La Barona

Splendido chalet appartato in un angolo nascosto del Piemonte, al confine con la Svizzera situato a 1300 mls. Lo chalet è all'interno di in un’oasi verde di prato, pascolo e orti, circondata da una fitta foresta di pini secolari. Ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, il contatto con se stesso e la natura. La vista sui 4000 svizzeri è mozzafiato! Durante la stagione invernale, in caso di nevicate, bisognerà parcheggiare a circa 500 mt dallo chalet, vi aiuteremo volentieri con i vostri bagagli!

"La casetta nel bosco" è un ambiente immerso nel verde dei castagni e dei tigli, per "ascoltare la natura che parla" ma anche la musica (casse acustiche in ogni piano, anche all'aperto) e lasciarsi cullare da momenti di vita lenta, semplice, autentica. Si trova in un piccolo villaggio alpino da cui si parte per raggiungere altri villaggi e località, a piedi e in auto. Il giardino a uso esclusivo con area pranzo, barbecue, piscina, ombrelloni e sdraio è molto amato. E' presente Wi-Fi.

Alpine tranquility in newly renovated, typically Swiss, chalet at 1'850m! Unwind in blissful quiet and endless views in this forest edge hideaway. Chill in your roomy sauna after skiing, hiking, or lounging on the chalet's expansive terraces. Tucked away above the village, even in the depth of winter, you enjoy an early sunrise. Your skis are best placed next to the slopes, a scenic 1.5 km walk or 10 min shuttle ride away. SaastalCard included (as part of tourist tax due on arrival).

Im Preis inbegriffen ist ein einfaches Frühstück in der nebananliegenden Alphütte oder kann auch dort abgeholt und in der Gondel gegessen werden.

Welcome to our apartment! The apartment consists of two bedrooms (each with a double bed), fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom and sunny balcony with stunning views of the mountains and valley. Perched on the mountainside, away from the noise of the town, you're only a 12 minute walk to the center and a further 8 min to the station. We warmly welcome visitors from all backgrounds and continents!
