We had such an amazing time at this apartment and on Ikaria! The small village has super cute cafes and taverns and everyone in the village, of course also including Xeni the host, is extremely friendly and open. Also one of the most beautiful beaches of the whole island (Seychelles) is super close!! Definitely would recommend!

Casa incantevole e romantica. Ogni dettaglio è curato e delizioso. La casa è molto speciale, con mobili e arredo caratteristici e di ottimo gusto. La posizione è isolata (beata solitudo) e per raggiungerla bisogna camminare 8/10 minuti. Alexandra rende l’arrivo semplicissimo e confortevole, con un aiuto per trovare la casa e portare i bagagli e acqua e frutta all’arrivo. Siamo stati benissimo perché in ogni momento della giornata una parte dell terrazza all’esterno della casa, attrezzato con poltrone e cuscini, e all’ombra. È un posto ideale per chi vuole una vacanza per staccare, riposare, leggere. Un posto dove vuoi tornare la sera dopo il mare. Grazie dell’ospitalità!

Amazing host who has been extremely helpful when we arrived in Patmos and helped us organized our holidays in the best way with great tips on the island. The house is nice and very well located in a quiet part of town only 5 min walks from the main square of Chora. This was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the island. There is also a nice terrace which is perfect to watch the sunset and sunrise. Overall we had a fantastic time and have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone looking for quality time in Patmos.

La casa era perfetta, il luogo incantevole, il mare a due passi e la locanda sulla spiaggia un sogno. Grazie.

Mooie, ruime woning. Met name de achterkant van de woning was prachtig: heel licht en schitterend uitzicht over de rotsen en zee. Beide badkamers liggen naast elkaar op de begane grond. Dat wisten wij niet (dachten dat er een boven zou zijn) maar was geen probleem. De slaapkamers zijn deels open dus je hoort elkaar in de verschillende ruimtes goed maar ook dat was niet erg. Het huis was erg schoon, zelfs een bosje verse bloemen, en had alles wat we nodig hadden. Electra en haar moeder waren erg aardig! Het is een korte wandeling naar het centrum van Armenistis, denk een minuut of 5. Zwembad van hotel Daidalos was zo vroeg in het seizoen niet open. Ruimte rondom het huis erg verzorgd. Zeker aan te raden!

La casa è ampia, pur senza essere lussuosa. La posizione molto bella, con giardino "a terrazzo" sul mare e sulla spiaggia di Kambos. È panoramica, ma soprattutto tranquilla. Kambos ha una posizione "centrale" nell' isola, cosa importante per chi, come noi, la vuole anche girare. Lydia e sua madre Toula sono state ospiti squisite, con informazioni di tutti i tipi, sempre disponibili e viziandoci con dolci e prodotti del loro giardino, ma al contempo estremamente discrete! Consigliatissima.

Die Unterkunft lässt sich nur mit einem Mietwagen oder einem Taxi erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants gibt es vor Ort nicht. Das Studio selber ist groß, geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Küchenausstattung beinhaltet das Nötigste. Der Meerblick ist atemberaubend, man hört Tag und Nacht die Wellen rauschen. Xaris Vater Mike wohnt nebenan und hat sich fürsorglich um uns gekümmert und war ein idealer Ansprechpartner. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich nur empfehlen!
