Bludenz ist der ideale Ausgangsort in verschiedene Wander- und Schigebiete. Arlberg, Sonnenkopf, Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal…).

King Ludwig's Old Neighbour

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Double Room "Gustav Klimt" The double room "Gustav Klimt" on the first floor of Café Villa Bux offers a view of the beautiful guest garden. It is elegantly furnished in Art Nouveau style and features a bedroom and a living area with a pull-out couch, satellite TV and minibar. The newly built bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Enjoy the spacious balcony with comfortable seating. The local tax of €2.20 per person per night is charged separately on-site.

The flat is situated at 10/15 minutes by car from Bormio and Santa Caterina, both very popular ski resort. In every season it's a great choice for people who love mountains and enjoy relaxing holidays far from the city noise. The flat is ideal for trekking and walking lovers: the landscape is breathtaking and there are many paths starting nearby. It is suitable for couples or families with children, but also for a group of friends.

Cabin on The River in Valtellina

Rustic and Cozy mountain house, at 1250 s.l.m in the beautiful Valgrosina, a natural paradise for lovers of relax, trekking and MTB. A few km from Livigno, Bormio and St. Moritz, which can also be reached by the Unesco World Heritage Bernina Red Train. Privater, offener Außenkamin für romantische Abende. Wandern vom Haus aus, Klettergebiete in Laufweite, Seen, Tauchgebiet, Golf, etc. in ca. 15 Min., Skigebiete in ca 25 Min. mit dem Auto. Loipe vor dem Haus.

Valgrosina hut

Mountain hut at 1100 meters above sea level, 6 km from Grosio, 20 km from Bormio with the possibility to reach other goals such Livigno and Tirano (red Bernina train). For the nature lovers there is the possibility to organize excursions on foot along the paths of our valley.

Alleinstehendes Holzhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage

Inmitten einer Streuobstwiese liegt unser Ferienhaus in Alleinlage. Der alte aus dem 16. Jahrhundert stammende Teil wurde früher als Getreidespeicher genutzt. Die große Terrasse ist zur alleinigen Nutzung für unsere Gäste. Gartenmöbel, Liegestühle und Grill sind vorhanden.
