Originally built for a sea captain in the late 1800s this recently renovated stone house combines traditional style , modern amenities and stunning views of the bay of Itea , Delphi and the surrounding mountains. Located in the heart of Galaxidi it offers enjoyable swimming just a couple of steps away and picturesque walks . With two magic balconies overlooking the sea and the rear walled garden , this charming house is classified as a monument of National Heritage by the Ministry of Culture.

The charming and spacious Spa Villa Skaloma of 120sqm with large spaces and sunny lounge that is open to the south, is a luxury two-storey villa that can accommodate up to six people, in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villa, the combination of high ceilings with large tree trunks and large openings, allow a stunning view of the sea. “It's built in with the sea" as it is only 10 meters away from it and is located in the best part of the beach, under plane trees and near a small sea platform.

Το ισόγειο που παραχωρείται στους επισκέπτες είναι ένα αυτόνομο σπίτι 110 τ.μ με ξεχωριστή είσοδο και βρίσκεται εντός ενός οικοπέδου 700 τ.μ, 70 μέτρα από την παραλία , με γαλαζοπράσινα κρυστάλλινα νερά και δέντρα για σκιά . Η κατοικία ολοκληρώθηκε το 2022 και περιβάλλεται από ένα πανέμορφο φυσικό τοπίο και έναν υπέροχο κήπο που είναι στην αποκλειστική χρήση των επισκεπτών.
