Lovely apartment with balcony in the city center

Katerini, Greece The apartment is located in the center of the city. It is ideal for visiting many places in short distance by walking. The central square of the town is just 2 minutes walking where you can find many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, markets etc. The bus station is just 2 minutes walking (called “Platia Makedonias” ). You can go in some of beaches such as Paralia and Olympic by bus. The Park of Katerini (Parko Katerinis) is just 10 min walking and it is a must visit place.

This unforgettable place is far from ordinary! Interior Attic 20m2 with sloping ceiling and a maximum height of 1.70m (see photos). It is mainly suitable for sleeping and not for tall guests. Exterior Large terrace with a magnificent view! It has furniture and a fully equipped kitchenette and all electrical appliances. The outside area is protected around the perimeter by electric balcony shades that operate with a remote control. The ceiling of the outdoor space is at a height of 2.25
