Trail which connects to the Arizona Trail, walking distance to bridge that leads to main street and access to wifi, grill, hot tub and private parking.

This is a one-of-a-kind, stand-alone bungalow I lovingly call the "AZ Music Shack." I originally built it to be my music studio. It’s located near the heart of up and coming Downtown Chandler. Convenient walking distance to bars/restaurants/shops, and you can typically find live music close by 7 nights a week! The house has a semi-private, partially fenced-in front court yard and a small private fenced-in back yard, hardscaped with artificial grass and pavers. Pet fee: starts at $75.
