We had a fantastic stay at Erin and Jeremy's place over Easter weekend. Everything was as described and Erin and Jeremy were very responsive when we did have an issue (needed to restart the router for the internet). More over, either they themselves are very honorable or their cleaners are, because less than two hours after we'd left I received a text from Jeremy asking if we had left some valuable jewelry in one of the bathrooms. One of our guests had, and they were able to quickly make arrangements with Jeremy to have them shipped to their house. It shouldn't dissuade you from booking, but it is worth mentioning that the shared deck on the main floor is very much shared. The partition doesn't extend very far out so you'll likely get very familiar with the renters next to you. Not a big deal for us, but something to consider. Beach access is quick and easy. Well-stocked kitchen. Overall, we had an excellent visit and would definitely recommend this place for any Topsail renters!

Host was very responsive and accommodating. Comfortable and tidy home - Main entrance is on bottom floor w/all the bedrooms and kitchen and living room are upstairs. Two bedrooms and living room have access straight to the beach - the beach & ocean is literally just steps away - amazing !! Quiet community w/numerous restaurants and ice cream shops just minutes away.

I have stayed at this location three times. it has been very clean. Towels and washcloths are available also beach chairs and wraps. My one suggestion I think the AC should be manually operated within the house. I could not get it below 70. It was very hot. It was a perfect location, walking distance to many things.

It was a wonderful place in the host were fantastic. I like how there is three units that are very spacious and accommodating. One thing I will say is that the one bedroom unit has a window unit and it can be pretty warm in there if you like like it cold.

A beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Very spacious and comfy for a large group. Steps from the ocean. Jeremiah was very accommodating and responsive.

Sea Stilts is a very nice oceanfront, single level, 3-Bedroom beach house in a quiet neighborhood. I think of it as a bungalow. Walk off the back porch down the steps and you are on the beach. We have stayed there twice now, in mid April and now early May. There were not a lot of people on the beach. That may change some during the summer months, but even if all the adjacent houses were fully occupied I don’t think the beach would be crowded. The back porch has 6 composite “LL Bean” type high chairs with cup holders so you can sit out there and enjoy the unobstructed ocean view. When we arrived (easy entry via digital combination lock), the place was clean and neat. We never ran out of hot water (there were 2 of us), and there is a nice stacking washer/dryer so you can do your laundry. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful beach vacation! Can’t beat the location, with coffee on the deck over looking the ocean every morning. We all had our own space and decks to hangout on. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to eat in. Why leave when you have ocean front!? The beach chairs, boogie boards, and kids toys were great to have. The elevator came in handy bringing up our luggage and groceries. We ran out of toilet paper and hand soap, that was unexpected so make sure you bring some! Also, Steep cleaning fee to do laundry before we leave. But it was nice not having to bring down our own sheets and towels. Barbara was great communicating with anything we needed, thanks for a great Surf City vacation!

My family enjoyed our stay. At high tide the water was literally at the back steps and the kids loved it. The townhouse was everything it was advertised to be, and we look forward to returning soon.

Claudia was very friendly and responsive. Our place was clean, nice decor, comfortable seating and bedding, easy and walkable distance to beach and local restaurants and shops, to name just a few. We enjoyed our mini “resort” like vacay!

Jeff and Julie’s home was perfect for our family beach trip! The heated pool was clean and the grounds felt private from nearby homes. Jeff and Julie were friendly, accommodating, and helpful leading up to and during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again :)

This was the perfect spot for our two families! The house was very clean, there was plenty of pantry space (huge amenity for us!), room for everyone to spend time together and apart. The kids loved playing in the game room too. Communication was on point! Deanna really thought of everything. Thank you!

The house was beautiful and serene and Dawn was a fantastic host. Super responsive and helpful. I wish we weren’t here for work and got to enjoy the area more!!

Matthew's place was a wonderful home away from home. Matthew is a very responsive host and attended to all my questions in a timely manner. The home is very big and the kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking that you want to do. A prefect place for a family gathering. My favorite part is the view of the ocean and proximity of beach access. The home is also in a very quiet neighborhood. That said, the home is next to the community pool which was closed for the winter so I'm not sure what that would be like in the summer. It has been said in other reviews, but know that the home has 3 flights of stairs to reach the kitchen, main master suite and living room. I got my steps in! I really enjoyed my stay and would book again in the future!

If you are looking for both serene views of the sound and easy access to the beach this is the best place. This home has both! The hot tub & pool are an added bonus along with a fence to not have to worry about kids or pets. Really enjoyed the fire pit and grill as well. Plenty of room for family or friends. Kitchen was fully stocked with needs like spices, oil, foil and Tupperware which is always a great thing to have.

Our family had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning!

What a peaceful retreat this home is! With the sound out the back & a short walk to the beach, situated on a quiet cul-de-sac this home, with its unique architecture, is a perfect blend of feeling a bit remote without being isolated. We love this area. The beach is an easy walk. So close to Publix, restaurants and other things to do. Parking available, daiquiri shop, bottle shop and pizza place make this the perfect beach rental!

Don’t even think twice, just book it. It’s absolutely worth it and will exceed your expectations. Extremely beautiful house, location and property. Will Definitely try to snag this place again next year!!

The place was excellent. It was PRISTINE, like basically sparkling clean. We had a large group of 8 and were very comfortable the whole time. I've been to a lot of Airbnb rentals, and this one is top tier! The private beach access alone is an EXCELLENT perk, but the house is really great. If I were forced to find a negative, we did get a bit pressed on space for our trash and got low on paper towels and TP. But again, we had a big group so that's hard to keep up with. Also 2 coffee machines, but no included coffee like most Airbnbs. Overall, I can try to knitpick but it was a FANTASTIC stay and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. You found your rental, go ahead and book it!

Preston was an excellent host. We’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s and it was easy to tell Preston goes above and beyond to ensure his guests have an excellent stay. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and linens perfectly clean! We loved having use of the provided beach wagon and chairs! Would definitely recommend Preston as a host anytime!

Brian is great host, very responsive. There was a small issue with the patio screen. We let him know mostly to avoid being charged for damage, but he got it fixed immediately. The place was spotless and simple. Loved the icemaker, great feature for any fishing or beach destination!

An awesome space for our group of 7 that afforded some privacy with great common areas. Loved the views of the marsh at a location within walking and biking distance of the beach and restaurants. Plenty of parking and outdoor space too. We would definitely rent this space again!

Joan's place was very neat and clean. The location was great, close to the center of the island but far enough that you are away from the hustle and bustle.
