This Guest Suite is a large Studio Apt(360 sq ft) attached to our home. It has a private entrance, a large bath, large bedroom with pool view and private deck. Also includes a kitchenette with full size fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. No Stove. Complimentary breakfast snacks including Coffee, tea and biscuits. Relax on the deck and watch the birds on the bird feeder or grab our bikes, beach chairs and head to the beach, 1mile. Grill available. Please read house rules before booking.

Off-street parking available.Walkable --2 blocks from the Bay; 5 blocks to Vinoy Hotel and marina and downtown restaurants, museums, sports attractions, theaters and Pier. Gulf beaches are 9 miles away by car or the Sunrunner service.

The beach pine is our largest unit with 4 rooms; 2 bedrooms, a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. Located on the second floor of of the main house at the Meranova Guest inn , this 800 sq ft apartment has 2 private entrances, features a shared balcony porch that overlooks the swimming pool and offers coastal Florida breezes through its 10 windows. This spacious apartment is ideal for those who looking for extended stay accommodations.
