Melanie’s home was absolutely perfect for our family! It was very well put together with tasteful decor and an amazing outdoor area. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and turf grass. We had a couple questions and Melanie responded very quickly. They left some snacks and a bottle of wine which was very cool too! My husband and I stayed in the left bedroom next to the pool with the king bed. The bed was comfy but we did miss having a tv for when we are relaxing in bed at night. We would absolutely stay in this beautiful home again!

This home is beautiful! The decor and fixtures (especially the bathrooms) are high end and perfectly styled. Everything was sparkling clean and the beds were so comfortable. The location is so close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. My only disappointment was the pool. It was full of leaves and the robotic cleaner didn’t seem to be able to keep up. I don’t think I would advertise it as having a heated pool. The temperature of the pool never got over 70 and it was too cold to get in. I would definitely stay here again though if ever in the area.

Great location and views-spacious accommodations

Loved walking to the beach, which was very private. Hung out on the beautiful patio alot. Kitchen was fully stocked like at home, with newer appliances. Cooked several meals! Close to lot's of good restaurants and ice cream. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Would love to stay there again. Thank you Charlie!

Carlos was very kind and helpful the whole time! The place was beautiful & spacious and felt like a home. The breakfast starter kit was amazing. He has everything you need and more. The area is also pretty good & pretty close to a lot of beautiful places!

This place was amazing. Had literally EVERYTHING I might have needed. Extra blankets, pillows, towels, stuff for beach trips, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to make a home cooked meal. I was very comfortable here and would stay here again in a heartbreat.

Highly recommend!!! Amazing apartment. Everything about it was easy. So charming, super comfortable, extremely clean, the most well-stocked Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Lauren thought of everything!! She was super responsive, flexible, and helpful. We’d love to stay there again next time we’re in St. Pete.

My 4 friends and I are all teachers and were in need of a girls weekend, somewhere close enough for us to drive but far enough away to feel like a getaway. We booked with Morgan after finding her listing on AirBnB and it having enough beds/rooms for our group of 5, an outdoor pool and spa, super cute patio area where we spent almost all of our time, and a fire place! It was perfect and we wish we could have stayed longer. Morgan’s instructions and tips for the house and surrounding areas were very clear and helpful. If you are looking for a place that feels like home away from home, or a relaxing paradise in Florida, book this house! Thank you again Morgan for hosting such a wonderful trip!

I stayed at Brent’s kind of last minute and I’m so glad I did. It was so vibrant, clean, well stocked, comfortable, and beyond cute! The bnb was probably one of the most well stocked bnb’s I’ve been in. The fridge had an amazing assortment of beverages. There were snacks galore, games, and even an arcade with even more games. Brent was one of the best hosts I’ve ever met! He was so kind, knowledgeable of the area, and so helpful. If you are considering staying at Brent’s, book now. You will not regret it. 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

"Stayed here for a vacation and it was just right. The place was quiet, clean, and felt very private. Check-in was super easy, and I didn’t need to contact the hosts at all, which I appreciated. The AC worked well, and the house, while on the smaller side, had everything we needed. The location was convenient and the neighborhood was absolutely gorgeous—great for morning walks. There were even some basics in the fridge, which was a nice touch. I also liked the subtle marine-themed add-ons throughout the space—they gave it a cozy, coastal vibe. For the price, it was a great stay with no complaints

Great Pass-a-grille location, just steps to beach access and food.

Our stay here could not have been better, the accommodations were perfect, exactly as advertised. It is absolutely a hidden gem right in the middle of beautiful Pass A Grille! And the on-site Resturant did not disappoint, absolutely amazing food!

It's a very good house with a breathtaking view, everything is there and the beds are very comfortable, I really liked it, I'm sure you'll stay here again

I recommend this house! 💯 The house is so clean and it looks like a movie house to me 😍 The room is painted so beautiful and it's very spacious. I really like the natural light beside the regular light. The kitchen has all I needed and more, the microwave is so cute. I enjoyed the ice fridge and water it was so convenient. The neighborhood is safe and the location is good. I went to Dunedin & Clearwater from this location, so much to do and the public transportation is good and reliable. I didn't have time to eat their breakfast but maybe next time I will. The ubers aren't so expensive to go to downtown Saint Petersburg, I really like this house. It has a balcony which I loved 😍 I am grateful for the beautiful services that they offered in this house. Thank you so much!!!
