We are steps from over 2,000 acres of open space in Tilden Regional Park, with Redwoods, miles of trails, an amazing botanic garden, a golf course, and more! Come and enjoy this 1-bed unit. A cozy and bright bedroom with a comfy Queen bed. The living room consists a dedicated dining area and a relaxing area with sofa and TV. The kitchenette includes a microwave, a small oven and a k-cup coffee maker, but No STOVE. Newly installed heating and cooling air conditioning. This suite is a part of a single family house.The rest of the house is also rented as an Airbnb unit but with separate entrance. The deck area is shared. The entrance is in the backyard.

Cozy Larkspur Cabaña

The Cabaña is a detached 325 square feet studio apartment with a full bath and kitchenette located in our expansive front yard with a separate entrance for our guests. It is ideal for 1-2 travelers. There is a private patio which in warm weather extends the space. I have completely repainted the interior and redecorated with all new furnishings. There is a new bed and new plush firm mattress, new curtains and window shades, new lamps, leather chairs, refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.

Little Lemon Cottage is a 1 bd/1 ba 500 sq.ft. guest cottage located in Albany right next to Berkeley. Set in a cozy backyard near Solano Ave (dotted with small shops and cafes) it's an ideal location for those looking for a small town feeling close to the city. This cottage was built with the needs of our guests in mind, including in-unit private laundry. The cottage is located steps from an array of Albany/Berkeley culinary culture, cafes, shops, and markets.

Our "Backhouse Retreat" is a cozy little studio with a whole lotta charm. We are located in the quiet, safe and centrally located Richmond Annex. A neighborhood offering easy access to all of what the Bay Area has to offer. Red Cedar lined walls, a full kitchen, memory foam bed, private outdoor patio, free WiiFi and a Smart TV are just a few of the perks. We are located less than a mile away and will give you your privacy, but will be available upon request!

Enjoy your breakfast or your evening glass of wine on your own private patio or kick back while watching your favorite show or movie on our smart TV.

Studio at Surfers Outlook

Located on the hill in Stinson Beach, this tidy studio is just a short walk down to town and the beach. Filled with the sound of the ocean, and close to the many hiking trails on Mt. Tam, the studio has a full kitchen and bath, and unobstructed panoramic views. 31 day stays have a 10% discount and are exempt from the 14% STR tax. Small dogs are welcome, and discounts on the pet fee will be considered for longer stays.
