Le gîte se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison d’habitation et se prête parfaitement aux groupes passionnés de montagne et de nature ainsi qu’aux moments conviviaux. Il se situe dans un chalet de plus de 300 ans, située au milieu de prairies à 1450 m d’altitude. Sa situation optimale sur un versant sud ensoleillé garantit des heures merveilleuses sur la terrasse panoramique. Dans ce gîte rénové et spacieux (120m2), vous trouverez un mélange unique de charme ancien et de confort moderne.

Sie verfügt über hellen Wohn-Essbereich mit moderner komplett ausgestatteter Küche, zwei Doppelschlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, Bodenheizung, gratis Wi-Fi und eine sehr große private Terrasse. Von dort aus können Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge und das Inntal, sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter genießen.

Jurtendorf Ding Dong

Liebe Leute, wir haben es geschafft, das erste Jurtendorf in Bayern ist eröffnet - Übernachtet in einer Jurte, die eigentlich drei Einzelne sind. Wir haben sie einfach miteinander verbunden. Somit habt Ihr mit Terasse 100qm. Wir haben in den äußeren Jurten jeweils 4 Betten, somit Platz für 8 Personen. In der mittleren Jurte befindet sich der Aufenthaltsraum der zum chillen einlädt. Kochen könnt ihr entweder direkt am überdachten Feuerplatz oder in der Holzhütte. Dusche und WC im Bauwagen.

Alle 3 Wohnungen sind 1 Zimmer Wohnungen und verfügen nicht über ein getrenntes verschließbares Schlafzimmer.

Le logement de 77 m² se compose d'un salon avec un canapé-lit pour 2 personnes, d'une cuisine bien équipée avec lave-vaisselle, de 2 chambres à coucher et d'une salle de bain et peut donc accueillir 6 personnes. En outre, un sauna infrarouge privé est à votre disposition.

Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.
