It has a huge yard with old growth trees, yet it is only a 5 minute ride to Downtown Court House Square or Indiana University Memorial Stadium. A large front porch with festive lighting gives you a place to enjoy the view. We have taken special care to make Blue Lemon Bungalow extra comfortable and stylish. Well behaved pets considered.

Your family will be located in a lovely Bloomington rural setting that is less than 10 miles from Indiana University and less than 5 miles from beautiful 10,750 acre Lake Monroe. You will be able to unwind on the front porch swing, relax on the spacious back deck or warm your hands and feet by the fire pit provided. If you are a foody you are within 10 to 15 minutes from the many Bloomington restaurants or if you prefer the cooking option there is a full kitchen for your culinary creativity.

It is 900 square feet featuring an open concept, large kitchen and large bedroom with a king sized bed! The house is located a half block away from the Rock Island Trail, it is the longest trail in the area. The Heights Strip is only minutes away! We are 36 miles from Fort Leonard Wood and 15 miles from Fugitive Beach! The gorgeous 54 acres provides plenty of space to explore the beauty of the Ozark highlands.
