A dream house built by the artist and architect Antonio Padrón, architect inspired by the famous artist from Lanzarote, Cesar Manrique, situated on one of the most beautiful beaches of Fuerteventura. Surrounded by peaceful little bays, sand and the Atlantic Ocean, this beach house is an oasis for all those who love the sea and are looking for a holiday far away from mass tourism. The house is located right on Los Lagos beach. It is a charming and special house, with a beautiful organic architecture. It consists of an open dining room at the entrance, bathroom, kitchen and sleeping room with 2 beds on the first floor, and another double bedroom on the second floor, with a beautiful little balcony for relaxing moments watching the beach or reading... One of the nicest spot of this house is the dining area in the garden, built below the floor level! It offers privacy and lets you enjoy the peace of this place... The house works with a solar system for energy supply, so we will very much appreciate awareness of its consumption! About El Cotillo ……El Cotillo is a fisherman village on the north west coast of Fuerteventura. It offers beautiful and very different beaches on both sides of the village. The area around the old harbour is particularly pleasant with its restaurants, cafés and few shops. The village is very quiet and has fortunately not been “invaded” by mass tourism, as some other places in Fuerteventura. Having long walks on the sand, biking on small roads or hiking on volcanoes are some of the activities you can enjoy from here. El Cotillo offers all basic facilities (supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars,...) and is only 20 km away from more touristic places like Corralejo. Finally, please note that renting a car is the best option in order to visit the island and to come to this house! We look forward to welcoming you!

Es erwarten Sie 2 Schlafzimmer für bis zu 4 Personen, 1 Bad mit Duschkabine sowie ein großzügiger Wohnbereich. Die Küche ist mit Cerankochfeld, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher ausgestattet. Die Terrasse mit Stühlen und Sonnenliegen lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ein eigener Pool, ein direkter Strandzugang sowie der Meerblick zeichnen das Appartement zusätzlich aus.

Apartamento muy luminoso, situado en el bonito y tranquilo pueblo de Tarajalejo. La vivienda se encuentra a menos d 150 metros d la playa y de su bonito paseo marítimo. A tan sólo 3km de Oasis Park y a 10 minutos de las paradisíacas playas d arena blanca. La vivienda consta de salón-comedor con aire acondicionado sofá y cocina integrada totalmente equipada, tanto para corta estancia como para larga estancia, dormitorio con almohadas y colchón de calidad, terraza soleada con bonitas vistas.

Casajable, private pool between ocean and volcanos

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

Calma Beach House - Vista Mar Panorámica

El apartamento situado en planta alta se encuentra en una zona residencial muy tranquila. Está recién reformado y totalmente equipado, es muy amplio con 50 m2, la cocina y el comedor están situados frente al mar. El balcón está cubierto y acristalado hacia el lado norte como cortavientos. ¡Lo mejor es la fantástica vista panorámica al mar! También se incluye un jardín privado e independiente en la planta baja: ¡así son unas vacaciones perfectas! Todo esto a menos de 50m de la playa!

La plage est connue pour son sable blanc et ses eaux cristallines et turquoises. C’est un endroit idéal pour pratiquer des sports nautiques (ex. planche à voile et kitesurf). The villa is the perfect place for wind- and kite surfers (Rene Egli Pro Center is 700m away) or guests who simply want to relax and enjoy the benefits of having all you need in close proximity (restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, beaches, sports facilities, etc.). The villa is very well equipped and has been renovated in Dec. 2019. Free parking right next door.
