The villa has in 2017 and 2021 undergone extensive refurbishment with a swimming pool, IKEA kitchen, three bathrooms with toilets and showers and two extra toilets. The villa has a beautiful view over the La Herradura bay area, and is located in a quiet area with 15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. There are several golf courses a short drive from the house and Malaga Airport is 50 minutes away.
