Hi – welcome to our modern and compact private free standing studio (325 sq ft), centrally located near restaurants, transportation and freeways. Bright and cozy, featuring private entrance, full stove, fridge, in-unit washer/dryer, and AC/heat. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, it’s the perfect home base while you explore the city. NOTE this is a studio guest house on our property, and we do live in the front house. Organic Garden Oasis

You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.

Bedroom +Den with private entrance and private bathroom. The unit has 1 queen bed in the bedroon and 1 pull out futon in the den. The bed is made and there are sheets. blankets, and pillows in the closet for the futon. Nice Neighborhood, 10 minutes from LAX, Walk to beach. Close access to Venice, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and South Bay Beach Cities. Hair Dryer.
