We're 25 mins. to Newport, 15 mins. to their beaches, 10 mins. to Bristol's famous 4th of July celebration & close to Roger Williams University.

Studio apartment addition attached to our family home. Our home is located three miles to downtown Edgartown with bus service & bike path close by. Private entrance, mini fridge, coffee press & accessories, private bath with shower, washer/dryer, bed in a loft area (ladder access only) with queen size sofa bed available below for additional sleeping. This is our family home with two baby boys. We try our best to keep quiet, but it is important to note their presence; rental has a sound machine.

We offer the entire second floor of our home: two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a well-stocked breakfast / snack room. We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. Our deck, gardens and grounds (which include a pond, birdfeeders, and, perhaps, wildlife sightings) are available for your enjoyment. Quiet, sunny 300 sq foot studio, great neighborhood, on National Historic Register! Close to Miriam, Brown & RISD. You have the entire second floor to yourself, w/ driveway parking, private entrance & bath, lounge, work/eating counter, high speed WiFi & Roku Smart TV. There's a small fridge, microwave, Brio hot/cold filtered water dispenser, Keurig. Coffee, tea, milks, homemade muffins, granola bars :). Please note: GUESTS MUST BE ON THE LISTING. East Chop Cottage - walk to lighthouse & beach!

This quaint little cottage is located in the heart of East Chop, a neighborhood of Oak Bluffs. East Chop features the high, prominent bluffs that gave Oak Bluffs its name. A lighthouse, East Chop Light, stands at the north end of the chop on Telegraph Hill- only a five minute walk from the cottage. The cottage is a twelve minute walk to the harbor, and about a mile from the Oak Bluffs ferry! There is a public beach about 1/2 mile down the road. ***This space is not suitable for children

The Golden Dream Suite.

The space is a cozy, very roomy & quiet. The Suite is decorated with Coastal decor from New England and Sanibel Island. It includes a private bedroom with a very comfortable queen size bed. The living room has an entertainment center with a TV, Dvd, WiFi, couch, electric recliner, Mini fridge, microwave & Kuerig coffee maker. The area is located in the lower half of the house and has a private entrance with a lock & key. The suite is private from the living area of the homeowner.
