This is a furnished in-law apt., 5 min. walk to stony brook station on the orange line train. Walk to great parks, blue bike rentals, shops and restaurants. Please read all the details. This is an In-law apartment, you have the whole 3rd floor to yourself, but you will pass thru the main house to get to the third floor, which has a private full bath & basic kitchenette, and can sleep up to 4.

Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.
