The stunning coastline is only about a 30-minute car ride away and many other attractions are within an hour. Relax on the breezeway, porch, or by the open fire pit. 🐝

Orchard House Retreat

(Feb 2025- The Topanga village and homes were spared from the Palisades fire) Welcome to Orchard House Retreat! This 700 sqft private house is in an ancient oak forest in Topanga Canyon near Topanga State Park, the village and the beach! It’s a charming 1 bedroom 1 bath with a cozy living/dining space, modern kitchen and a deck. There’s a well stocked kitchen and orchard. Please note there are two sets of stairs up to the Retreat so being able to climb stairs is necessary. Please see photos.

Sunny 2-Bedroom Garden Cottage With Hot Tub

Nestled high up in the sandstone peaks of Topanga, the cottage is a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Built in the 1940's, the cottage has been lovingly renovated and cared for over the years. Situated in an oak grove, adjacent to the state park, and surrounded by a native plant garden, the cottage is the perfect place to unwind and listen to the birds (and wild peacocks) sing. The cottage is located by our orchard, very private w views from every window. Comfortably furnished (Queen bed, couch, desk, armoire, dresser,TV) it comes w a kitchen (incl w/d), bathroom (shower) and a fenced yard to relax. It has a light and airy feel, heating and a/c. Comfortable to get to work or heal or explore SoCal's beaches, mountains, hiking, biking, visit Universal Studios or Santa Barbara a perfect little home to get away for a couple of days, weeks or even months.

La Casita Azul - Beach Cottage - 2 bedroom, 2 bath

Enjoy the laid-back vibes of Hollywood Beach and the Oxnard Shores. La Casita Azul is a 1 minute's walk to the beach and a short walk away from all the Channel Island Harbor amenities and fun. Boat and kayak rentals and fresh seafood to fill any cravings are just a short walking distance. Enjoy the Sunday Farmer's Market at the harbor, which offers a variety of locally grown fruits and vegetables and food vendors.
