Fairly new cottage situated on a rural property with beautiful valley and sunset views (picnic set provided to viewing). Surrounded by abundant wildlife (see photos). Vineyards and numerous golf courses in short distance, local wine tours operators are available . Shared non-heated swimming pool located at the front of host's house next door. Local 'watering hole' across the road, but not in viewing distance. Continental breakfast items provided. Beds adjustable such as double to two singles.

This renovated weather board house is just a short 8 minute drive to The Hunter Valley Wine Country vineyards , restaurants and golf courses. The bedrooms are very comfortable with the main having an en-suite. There is also a very large under cover deck area to enjoy the outdoors. There is wi-fi, netflix,ducted AC, BBQ and a fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher. Within easy walking distance is Australia Hotel, Wollombi Rd Providore,The Cottage Italian Restaurant, Bottle shop and many others.

This Charming two bedroom cottage is set on a fabulous half acre setting in the beautiful village of Broke. This stunning little cottage can sleep 2-6 guests. Accommodation consists of one queen and one double size bedroom and a large lounge area with a high quality sofa bed. The spacious lounge/dining area allows generous room for dining, reading or just relaxing on the comfy lounges and watching a great movie on the plasma TV. Our beautiful French style apartment is located on the second story or our home. It is sunny, spacious and comfortable with all you need for a long or short stay. Access is private and you have sole use of the apartment. Situated near Hunter Valley with its many wineries and the Hunter Gardens, Blackbutt Reserve, Watagan Mountains, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Avondale University (all within a 3 to 40 minute drive). No cleaning fee.

Kurri Kurri is 2.7km away with many Takeaway food places Or sit down for coffee & cake . Weston is 800m ❌ Note if fold out sofa bed is required it is an additional $30 for your stay
