Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

House Oleander is situated in a small village Poljica, only 10 minutes drive from Malinska. It spreads over 2 floors and consists of a kitchen with a living and dining area, one bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor, and 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms on the first floor. On the first floor, there is a big balcony with a sea view and downstairs there is a big covered terrace. Also, you have a big garden outside with a grill and swing. House is well equipped.
