This magnificent beach house was beautifully renovated in 2025. It comes with full time staff, parking for 6 cars, water back up, a pool safety net, gas, charcoal and skottel braais and lagoon and sea kayaks. It is in arguably in the best position on the Natal coast, with its warm sea and proximity to wonderful restaurants and golf courses. And from a safety point of view, Southbroom has an exceptional record over the past few years.

There is a nature trail and the heath enthusiast they can get their daily run in around the estate.
