Welcome to Casa by the Sea. The home is about 1/2 block to the sand with direct access right down the street. The home has a wide open floor plan that makes being with friends and family fun and enjoyable. The home provides games, corn hole, beach toys and beach towels for recreation. There is a gas grill on the back patio that is hooked up to natural gas so you never have to worry about changing a tank. You are going to love sliding in the lifestyle here at the beach. I enjoy relaxing on the beach which is just minutes from my place or mountain bike riding in the mountains of Malibu. Oxnard is known to have the best strawberries so don't forget to try some!
