Cosy Lakeland terraced cottage situated in the charming, picturesque village of Portinscale, about a 5 min drive from Keswick (or a 20 minute walk) and providing self catering holiday accommodation for couples or a small family. Dog friendly and a hit with ramblers and those who enjoy messing about in boats, as the cottage is situated close to the western side of Derwentwater lake and also to fantastic fells and mountains. Wonderfully located in the north of the Lake District National Park.

Upstairs, there is an open-plan kitchen and living area with a wood-burning stove, overlooking surrounding fields. An outdoor balcony provides a lovely space to relax and enjoy the view. The property also offers a wood-fired sauna with indoor hot and cold showers, which can be booked separately. An on-site café and coffee shop are just a short walk away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

A super well equipped kitchen. Upstairs three pretty bedrooms with very comfy beds. A small but perfect bathroom with shower, loo and sink.
